He had extra time and fixed it at no additional charge. Stay tuned for update #3…😂 all three toilets need replaced as well!UPDATE 1:We had Austin and Romeo here today (4/27/22) to install our new AC unit. This company is amazing. Every time. Very reasonable price and the install was quick and painless. Thank you so much!Tipping Hat is an outstanding company! The latest snow storm hit and of course our HVAC went out. Called around to several places. Nobody could come out that night. Called Tipping Hat and Micheal came out that night, took one look at our old HVAC and told us it was beyond repair. He helped us figure out the best solution for our home, left us 3 space heaters to get through the storm and scheduled an install for that Monday. Today Floyd and Juan arrived to install our unit. They were courteous, prompt and friendly! Cleanest install ever! I barely even knew they were here! They also shoveled our walkway! I Highly recommend this company! AMAZING down to earth people and quality installations!

Very responsive initially. The electrician who came out, Austin, was diligent and kind. The work we needed done was an electrical panel upgrade from 200A to 320A in order to power multiple new additions to the home (electric car, outdoor heaters, water pumps, etc). Given the complexity of the contract, we had to work with our electric company (Xcel) to make sure the panel could be upgraded. They said it should be good to go for a simple disconnect of the old panel and reconnect to the new panel after installation. After waiting months to get the project started, Plumbline canceled back-to-back appointments. Then this morning they called and said they couldn't do the project, despite having reassured me that this project wouldn't be a problem. Now I'm left starting from scratch with a new electrician months into this project. I had high hopes with the good first impression, but now they've lost my future business.
