After a small schedule ing hiccup, which the receptionist was excellent at resolving, dalton came and repaired my Minisplit. He was attentive, communicated great and answered all of our questions. He was respectful of us and the space and even wiped all the finger prints off the unit when finished. The trip fee covered the cost for his time. My toilet isn't even backed up, this was just a routine annual preventative clean out-The technician proceeded to justify the cost of this 1hr labor by providing an unsolicited lesson in economics.I've lived in this house for 13 years and have been quoted/charged between $75 to $150 every single year I've had a root service clean out.-I took my dog for a walk 45 minutes later and saw Mr.Crippen hanging out in his truck two blocks away-with a business model like this, you only need 1 out of 10 people to agree to this absurd rip off

I have been a customer for many years and called for a furnace malfunction. 2 separate techs came out and worked on the furnace as it was complicated.The diagnosis was different from the 2 techs but combined we got the furnace going again. After discussing with Ryan the manager he agreed to credit half of what I spent to get the furnace going again.Ryan was incredibly professional in handling my concerns of different fixes and credited half of what I paid which was not insignificant. AAA has always been timely with their service and this is another example of why I will continue to use their service.
