Nigel was not afraid of the low voltage electrical system in my mid century home and knew how to make it right. It took some time and he stuck with it with a sense of humor peppered with persistence. My old hvac unit had undersized ducting and needed to replace it with something bigger. Travis mentioned I could put the unit in my attic and open up space in my basement. Brilliant idea!!! I had the unit moved to the attic and he did an excellent job! With the correct size ducts my house stays the temperature it's supposed to and works great! He did a very professional job! I would recommend this company!

AAA Service was absolutely the best company I've work with. They were the first estimate we had done and after several, the one we ended up going with. I enjoyed working with Justin on the estimate for a new furnace and a/c, all my questions were answered and more. It was like he was sell to a family member, he never try to upsell us. In fact he made sure we weren't putting in more than we needed to help save on the enery cost. Austin came out to take a look at what we needed for the electric part of the install and we are so thankfully he did. He discover a major safety issue we had to have fixed right away. This put a delay on our a/c but my family is safe and we are forever grateful. The work started the next day, furnace was in and done wonderfully by Roger and Jamie! We love our new quiet, efficient furnace! I can't say enough about Austin. Not only did he have our new electric box installed on the same day. He came back the next day and spent a few hours to help us save time and money by running all the lines for when we do decide to put in A/C. Even the city inspector was impressed with Austin's work, you can tell how much pride Austin takes in his work. He made sure he left the job better then he found it! In all, everything went great, better than expected. A big THANK YOU to Justin, Austin, Roger and Jamie! I asked for an estimate for a new humidifier, EAC, and UV air purifier through Angi. Tipping Hat responded right away, and they were the only company that did. Chris came out the next day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave me several new options to consider that I hadn't thought of. I enjoyed talking to him.I went with another company for the work, for budgetary reasons and a prior working relationship. But, Chris left me with a very positive impression of Tipping Hat as a company I might want to work with for future HVAC needs.

I Rick's crew came out and did an entire sewer line repair. They were awesome! Communicated well, worked long hours, explained what they were doing, and charged a fair price (compared to the 2 other quotes I received).A few weeks later Jose came out to repair our kitchen drain. He was also extremely professional and respectful. He took extra time to explain and show me everything he was doing and answer all my questions.I was very impressed with both of their work as well as their expediency.The only thing that keeps them from getting 5 stars is the main office's ability to communicate and follow up after the work is done. It took them over 2 weeks to get me a write up of the work for insurance and it still had some things missing.I would recommend them for work you need done, but be sure to get everything in writing that you might need while they are at your house.UPDATE 2 years later: I have used them 2-3 more times and been completely impressed. I have increased my score from 4 to 5 stars. They are much better at communication and do a great job letting you know when someone is headed your way and getting invoices to you quickly.
