We needed a new sprinkler shut off valve before fall located inside. Dominik was sent out he was thorough, explained what was going on, incredibly efficient and overall nice person. It was a great experience.

Our A/C gave out so we immediately called Golden West. We had used them before for some furnace repair and were really satisfied with results. We requested our technician to be. Anthony Garcia. We trust him as the work he did with our furnace was great! He once again came and evaluated our unit. His super knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to make sure we understand all of our options and all of our questions get answered. He installed a brand new unit and at the end he did a walkthrough of all the work he did. We’re 100% satisfied with his work. Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Anthony did an excellent job. Clearly communicated with me on what he was troubleshooting and did his best to take the most cost effective approach to fixing our problem.

He had us back up and running in no time without an extra surcharge for coming out on the weekend. I would highly recommend Anthony and Time and will use them again for future plumbing/electric needs.
