I called other places but when they came out gave me bid I felt comfortable with customer service and knowledge of my issue so I went with this company of course I was satisfied with time of completions and the work done. I highly recommend.

My downstairs toilet & tub had sewer backup and I was afraid there was a problem with the main sewer line. When he arrived the clog had already cleared so no repairs were needed but he inspected my system to ensure everything was fine & it was! I was only charged a small service fee.

They did a huge job on our house and were very friendly. They worked so hard to make sure everything was done well and that the whole job was completed. I am very happy with their work!

Matt did a superb job running 6AWG wire/conduit from my main panel on a 60amp breaker for a Tesla Wall Charger. Install was flawlessly done on the finished garage walls. His rates are more than competitive locally and he promptly responded to all my questions. Give your business to a local and shoot him a call.

Good luck getting them to actually come to your house. I scheduled a time for them to come to my house and give me a quote for some services. Leading up to the scheduled date and time they hounded me to be present (via text and email) and told me if I weren’t present they would need a CC number in case I wanted to authorize work. Since I didn’t want to do that, I made time to be at the house in the three hour window they gave me. One hour before that window closed they called me and said they needed to reschedule. Alright, no problem, but I can’t be present and I’m not giving a CC number. They say that’s no problem and I reschedule. Two days later, when they are scheduled to come out, they call and say they have to reschedule again. No thanks. They offered $20 to compensate for the problems, but why would I bother attempting to reschedule with a group when there’s plenty of other electricians in this city who do want business.

Carlos of Slade was terrific. He came to replace a faulty circuit breaker for our stove (an important thng!). We called Saturday afternoon and without asking for it, they offered to come Sunday morning at 9:30 without an added fee for Sunday work. Then, Sunday morning I received a text asking if we wanted them to come even earlier in case we need to cook Sunday breakfast! Who does that these days? Fantastic. Nothing but the highest marks for these guys. If you electrical work call Slade! (and no I am not a relative of the owner - just a very happy customer).

Mike and his team at Dutch Creek Electric were exceptional! From Lou scheduling and confirming the appointment, Mike and crew arriving on time, installing a new electric panel inside and outside to accommodate our new solar panels, and cleaning up after themselves, we were so impressed! Mike even fixed the slamming storm door on his way out. (Thanks!) We would absolutely recommend them and will use them in the future for any electric needs. Thanks for your awesome work!

If you wanna work for a company that tries to nickel and dime you and never give you a 40 hour paycheck come to overall . Wanna work for a company for close to two year and never get a raise , benefits or holidays then look no further . This company is a joke. If your a good electrician I’d stay away from this company .

I had a terrible experience with the new owner of this company. The old owner was a great man and did fantastic work. The new owner is unethical and dishonest in her business practices and dealings, and also in the quality of work that she delivers for a premium price. When hiring these types of people, we are putting ourselves at the mercy of their expertise. I myself am a novice about anything electrical. Please don't trust these people to do the job that you need to get done. They did my entire job incorrectly and charged an astronomical price. The new owner doesn't take pride in the quality of her work, and her prices are double what the other companies are charging. Do your research, get quotes from other people. Save yourselves the headache and the money.

Had Sebastian come out and install a breaker and hook up my hot tub. Very professional and explained every detail to me of the procedure he was doing and why. Thanks Team!!! I definitely will recommend you if anyone ever ask for a electrician.

Positive Energy has done an amazing job on a few very needed upgrades in my home. So far, they have installed recessed lighting in my kitchen, multiple dimmers, and I’ll continue to use their services to bring my home up to date. My electrical panel was old and full from a remodeling and new sub panels added but the main panel was never updated. They suggested we get a entire new panel which made it much easier and safer for future updates. They also installed a Tesla charger for our new car. They did a great job and we’re wonderful to work with. I would gladly use them in the future.

All electric tech Sam came by and did the estimate for us for installing tesla EV charger. These estimates were high by $548 and $1,113. So I went with other EV Charging installation company. Also the surge protector was included in the quote from other company. I also did not go with them as they were providing $300 discount if I approve in 48hrs which made me look for additional quotes. Thanks for your estimates.

Very happy with our experience with Tony Evans of The Electricians. A breaker was tripping due to builder error and he diagnosed and fixed the problem. He’s very responsive and clearly explained our problem in terms a non-electrician can understand.

Brad knows his stuff!! If you want it done right, have a Master Electrician do it!!
