The fact this joke of a company is still in business is amazing to me. I guess thousands of fake reviews help. I would not normally waste my time writing a complaint about a company over $79. But I am making an exception based on my experience with Brothers general manager. I had a service technician to my home for an a/c problem that seemed obvious. Their service technician did not do anything in my home and spent about a half hour outside. He determined we had a leak then gave us four ridiculously overpriced options. I immediately made an appointment with another company. I contacted Brothers general manager and explained the difference in effort between the technicians. He sided with his technicians lack of effort. Then in a condescending tone accused me of threatening him to go on social media over $79. I thought he would just hear what I had to say and make an educated decision regarding the cost of the service call. I learned quickly that lack of effort starts at the top of Brothers. So much for the Customer is always right at Brothers. Every price I was quoted was 30-300% higher on all services. Beware they obviously care more about pawning overpriced services than making an effort. If you don't believe me look at their YELP rating and reviews. Gilles did a fantastic job of providing me with a variety of options to consider for the heat pump I wanted to install to replace my aging furnace and broken air conditioner. Elijah and Tommy were very efficient with their installation of the new system and the system has been working great. Gilles has been very communicative throughout the whole process.Tipping Hat came through again on a botched cartridge replacement I tried to do on my shower. They came out the same day and John efficiently and professionally replaced the shower valve that I had broken while trying to get the cartridge replaced. John was very curteous and got it all fixed and back with running water before he left.
