Jason and Larry arrived early (I was contacted by the office to ensure that I'd be home) and quickly diagnosed the problem. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained what they were doing and why. We discussed additional work (the wiring issue was more extensive than I'd originally thought) and they performed the work efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely use Heart again!

Matt did a very thoughtful and careful installation of a new boiler that had a lot of unique and tricky unconventional complications due to the site. He had a great eye for detail and big knowledge base so that he could troubleshot and solve all potential problems. The county inspector said how impressed he was with the work which gave me extra peace of mind that it was a job well done and money well spent. New boilers are like spaceships compared to the old one that was replaced.

The service Manager Michael did the right thing and made all this right today and I doubt if anyone will ever not wear a mask during this pandemic that works for this company....I cannot vouch for their work yet and they are now in the running for my business. First of all when the person arrived he did not have a mask he couldn't even find one in his truck luckily I had an extra one. Then he charges me $70 without even telling me there was a fee and wasn't even sure he could fix it he put the mask on backwards shame on this company.

Across multiple properties, Frank is the best HVAC technician i've worked with. He is prompt, polite, knows his craft, charges a fair price, and takes the time to educate you on what he's working on. He's helped me twice on one property in West Highland. Showed up the same day I called, and one time even turned down payment because the fix was so quick. I wish more contractors were like Frank!

They have been a good company in my previous experiences. Honest.This experience was anything but... The techs name was Austin and upon arrival I let him know we are just after a simple service/cleaning of equipment.After basically pulling my furnace filter out and running a test on my AC he proceeded to tell me for him to certify anything we were gonna need to spend $8,000 minimum. I let him know that I've had no issues with either and he wanted to argue with that, even though I live in the home.We passed on that estimate and got a second opinion from Coyote HVAC. This tech was extremely honest and walked me through the whole process and showed me exactly how he knew my AC and furnace were operating within parameters. I ended up replacing the AC capacitor which tested slightly low for a total of $400.Will never use AAA services again.

Joseph Romero was an excellent technician to send to our home and fix our AC. Thank you very much for the prompt response to our AC issues. We are so happy everything could be fixed the same day the AC diagnosis was made. I would recommend Tipping Hat to anyone needing plumbing, heating or electric. This company knows what they are doing.

This company is one of the best out there. I called them for a cleaning and service to our air conditioner. Jake Canaday was our technician. His knowledge of air conditioning was outstanding. He had all the tools and parts he needed. He explained the options for our system and made several suggestions that turned out to be what I had done. Our work was finished quickly and I was able to get to work. Jake is the person I will ask for if we have another problem. He was one of the few service people who was honest and didn’t try to tell me we needed a new system. He also really seemed to like his job! Spoke well of his company and made me feel my problem could be fixed the first time.

Carlos Luna and Alec both did a great job installing our new AC condenser. They were courteous and professional. When Carlos arrived for the estimate he provided a variety of options to choose from. They made the installation process a breeze. Thanks guys!
