Best Electrical Wiring Repair in Columbus OH

Due to my work schedule, I have a short window for services to come to my house. On a Sunday night, I submitted a request online for hot tub wiring installation and listed my time restraints. The following Monday, I received a phone call that was very informative.There was an initial fee for the person to come to the house and I was also able to have same day work be performed. Having agreed to the fee, I was able to have a technician out to my house that following Wednesday in the morning.The technician that arrived to my house was Eric D. He was professional, knowledgable, and very friendly. Upon arrival, Eric inspected my electrical panel. He informed me of issues that could be upgraded, but not pressing due to the box being grandfathered in. He also advised that he can help give info on any future projects I may have. One project I asked him about was for a bathroom exhaust fan. We went to my future project, Eric showed me where my neutral wire was buried and then how to finish the wiring using a pigtail.For the hot tub wiring, my existing panel used Class RK5 fuses and had wire that was not in conduit. My panel was replaced and used a circuit breaker. I was given the option to use my existing wire to be installed in the conduit to save money, but the wire would not be under warranty. I went with the new wire to be installed to keep the whole line under the warranty.I would highly recommend use Safe Electric and will definitely not hesitate to call them again.

Fantastic experience. Quote was reasonable with what I researched and ultimate price was right there. Electrician came on time, was very polite, made fewer holes than I anticipated and did a great job patching them. He explained how the electric box had changed, made helpful notes on the box, and even took some pictures and made suggestions based on my off hand comment that we might look at adding a second charger in the future. I’m really happy with the company and specifically with the Electrician who came.

I tried contacting Mr. Electric several times over the last three weeks but could not get ahold of anyone. I left my number, email and a description of the work I want to have done hoping to hear back from them. I still haven't heard back from them. Good way to loose business.

We had Keith come out for a home warranty claim and he was fantastic! We had multiple outlets and ceiling fan was not working and he explained everything to me, showed me where the problem was, and fixed the issues! Love this company!

It's not often that you leave a review for someone who didn't do any work, but when I called them about power off in half my house, they said they could come out but it is likely an AEP issue. So I called AEP and sure enough it was. So the money I saved today will go to Bradley later when I call them for some re-wiring I need to have done.
