This business is awesome! I had an electric emergency of my own making (smart switch install gone wrong), and Brody came out to fix up my mistakes. He was super professional, very friendly and explained everything he was doing in a very educational way that made sense to me. I can't say enough good things about this company and Brody. I would just like to say my first 2 star review was a misunderstanding with Jason and the guys!!! David the owner had called me and after some phone tag i had them come out to my house for a 3rd job. The guys were great!!
To make this short everything was done exceptionally well. I have a few more projects in the future and Big City Electric Columbus will the people i call!!! I hope you do as well.

Harris Electrical did quite a bit of work for our kitchen renovation - installing recessed lighting/fixtures, updating/relocating outlets and updating our panel in our almost 100 year old home. Amazing job, super nice guys and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

RAPID RESPONSE and quickly found/fixed the issue I had with two bedrooms loosing outlet power after an AEP outage today. I called around 12 by 3 the problem was fixed! Very pleasant gentleman who took my call and even tried to help me do a quick fix check over the phone before dispatching the crew out. The crew came and found the problem/fixed.
ALL of this again in under THREE HOURS. That is service! THANKS!

Walter was helpful and informative. My only complaint is that trying to get a reasonable time window out of the company itself is like pulling teeth.
