They may be good in regards to their quality of work, but who knows. I have scheduled 3 appointments with them to try to get a ceiling fan replaced, and all three times they didn’t have an electrician available to make my appointment time. To be honest, I don’t know if they even have actual electricians that work for this company at this point.... as they schedule the appointment but can’t seem to produce anyone to actually do the work.

I cannot recommend Arlington Electric enough! Bob met with us right away for a consult and then was so responsive when we decided to go ahead with his job proposal. He showed up on time, with everything he needed, and was so thorough. We now have an overhead box for lighting in our new dining room (w/dimmer switch that I really didn’t think of before), an outlet in our half bath, and a switch and outdoor outlet set up for future lighting on our deck. We could not be happier with the results and will definitely be using Arlington Electric again! Thank you!

I called My Electric Works in hopes of getting same day service to install a new 50 Amp breaker, run 6/3 wire, and install a 4-prong receptacle for a new electric range that had just been delivered. Austin arrived within an hour and efficiently took care of the rather complicated job due to my quirky old house with crawlspace access needed for some of the work. He put shoe covers on while in the house. He pointed out some corrosion in one of the panel boxes that would need attention soon. Now, this project was pricey, but due to the complexity and the ability to get same day service I cannot complain. I will certainly ask for Austin for future jobs and recommend him and My Electric Works.

As I called on a weekend, I recey a prompt call back to schedule an appointment. The gentlemen arrived as promised. They were polite, knowledgeable, and rather quick. The price for all that we had completed could not be beat. We are already planning on using them again for an upcoming project. Highly recommend!

Called for a quote, the gentleman answered the phone with a plain Hello so I asked if I had reached the correct company being the fact that he picked up the phone as if he was very bored and he continued to ask me if I knew how to dial a phone correctly and I said yes am I speaking to Neff Plumbing because a Hello isn't a great way to open a conversation with someone looking for a specific company. Then he continued to curse me out all because I asked if I had the right company after not being told so!!! Bad Business
