Safe Electric was awesome! This was our first experience with the company and we will definitely be repeat customers. We switched from a gas stove to an electric one. The electricity line & outlet was attached to the rafter in our crawl space and needed to be run up through the flooring and reattached to the outlet. When I called to schedule an appointment, they made it so easy to choose a day and time. I scheduled a date based on my schedule and much to my delight and surprise, they had a cancellation, texted me and they actually performed our service 2 days ahead of schedule. Bob was the electrician and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, thorough and completed the work in a very short amount of time. The work cost estimate was explained before starting the work, based on our acceptance. Very reasonably priced. We’ve now got a “go-to” electrician and company. Thank you Safe Electric for your scheduling flexibility, high quality work, reasonable pricing and customer service. We definitely highly recommend this company!

I am not sure about the service but they did not show up for the appointment, unprofessional attitude! When I called them, they said that they are on their way. I left them text messages, but no response whatsoever!

We recently purchased a house and have experienced electrical issues since we moved in. I found Quality Electric online and scheduled a service appointment. Charlie, the electrician who came to my home, did a fantastic job. He was so professional and thorough and checked out our entire electrical system. He found a few small issues that were easily fixed. He also found that our ground fault line was not connected properly by the previous home-owner, and he fixed the problem at no charge. The entire experience, from scheduling through the Quality Electric office, to the service appointment, was great. I highly recommend this company! I will always use Quality Electric when I have any issues and will most definitely recommend the company to my family and friends. Great job and thank you!

Very helpful and honest service. I had called for an issue and was given instructions on how to solve it, no charge. A less honest company could have made it house call and made a bigger deal about the problem. But not these guys, they were very straightforward. I would definitely call them again for any future projects.

Power went out in my commercial freezer storing a significant quantity of food. I called 3 other electricians, whom stated it would be 2-12 hrs before they could show up. Paul of Confident Electric answered and promised to be onsite within 1 hr. He arrived in 40 minutes. Diagnosed the issue, contacted AEP to help get power restored. Got us back up and answered a ton of my questions during the whole process. Outstanding service and support!

Mike was very polite, professional and thorough in explaining the steps for relocating our washer and dryer. He answered all of my questions and even pointed out some areas of our house that needed attention, such as a new electrical panel and smoke detectors that as a young homeowner I wasn't aware of.

Big City Electric is well deserving of a 5-star rating. They installed 5 ceiling fans, replaced 3 ceiling lights, and replaced 3 outdoor lights. The entire process, from providing the estimate, to Jason scheduling the light installation appointment, and Dave and Mike installing all the light fixtures was awesome. Dave and Mike were thorough, extremely professional, and did a great job. I would definitely use Big City Electric again and highly recommend them to anyone who has electrical needs.

On time, courteous, and professional

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Fantastic service! When I called to inquire about services the electrician wasn't available at the moment. The assistant was helpful in suggesting that I await a return phone call. I'm glad I did too! I worked with Glenn, he provided honest estimates, offered great solutions, troubleshot quickly. I may have found my go-to electrician.

Bob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to show up on time, gave me a great quote, and installed an outlet in under 2 hours. Will definitely use his services again soon!

Only word I can use to describe the quality of work is horrible. Wired my brand new house. 2 rooms have no power, 4 rooms have no power to lights, 2 closets lights have no power, hallway outlets have no power, 3way switches wired wrong, outlet covers cut to fit and not even cut straight at that (mind you they did the rough in), garage lights left unfinished. I could go on and on with all that is wrong!!!!!!

Scheduled for 12:00 to 2:00 appointment and stated the would text 45 minutes prior to arrival. At close to 2:00 I texted them to ask if they were on there way. They eventually texted back that they were running late and would text me prior to arrival. At 4:00 they texted and said they would have to reschedule.All communications via text had to be initiated by me! Don’t waste your time with these guys. I ended up scheduling with a different contractor.

Excellent experience all around. They were very responsive, efficient, and easy to work with. Job went very smoothly and their work is top notch. Pricing was very reasonable too. I would strongly recommend them for any of your electrical needs

Excellent service and price

Randy and Mike showed up on time and ready to go. They took the time to make sure i understood all options since the install was more complex first thought.

They were fair with the pricing and both friendly and professional. We had to do a bit of sweeping insulation afterwards but would recommend and use them again.
