I was in a hurry to get some repairs done in my home. When I called Safe electric they set up an appointment the next day. Mr Ben and Eric came by did an inspection and explain how bad the condition was and set me up with a panel upgrade.Ben and Mikey showed up on Wednesday the 17th and completed the work as they promised. I was kinda worried since the weather was bad. But everything is good now. Thank you guys, you will be my first call for any electrical issues I face in the future.

Ok guys.. I would not recommend. I called, texted multiple times with no answer when a tech didn’t show up for my appt. I never received a confirmation message from them for the appt (I got a “your appt has been scheduled” AFTER my appt time and AFTER I finally got ahold of someone) and this is how they handled it. I was just trying to give CS advice as in my line of work, if a tech was a no show no call, it would be very bad for our company....

Great guys to work with. They’re very knowledgeable, courteous, and detail-oriented. They even made some suggestions for our chandeliers and ceiling fans. I’ve recommended them to friends and would surely recommend them to anyone.

We have always been very pleased with service and price. If there is a problem, technicians stick with the job until it is completed to satisfaction. Great company.

I called the company this morning and they had Eric Neal come out just a couple hours after I called. I had asked that he be on the ground at 11 so he wouldnt run into a photigrapger that was at my house and he arrived precisely at the time I requested.

He troubleshot an entire circuit and fixed exactly what needed to be fixed. His work was outstanding; very clean wiring while also very quick.

He saw some issues on the circuit due to weathering (it was an exterior circuit) and he fixed those as well...put in new wire and boxes, sealed an open area...stuff that I definitely appreciated!

Would not recommend. We hired them to replace our electrical panel, install new light fixtures and new recessed lighting. On our electrical panel about half of the switches are labeled unknown and our recessed lights make a loud buzzing noise. When we asked them to come back and look at the recessed lights, the guy just said well I can't hear anything. Now we have to pay another electrician to come and fix them.

While selling a home, an item came up in our electrical box. I sent an online inquiry which was replied to very promptly and they were able to schedule a time pretty quick. They arrived on time, were very professional and were very trustworthy and straightforward without pushing for items and updates I didn't need. Very reasonably priced. They even took a look at another issue I had a question about. Would highly recommend!

Steve just finished working on part of our kitchen, and it was such a wonderful experience working with him. He was able to rearrange his schedule to help us meet a tight deadline, and was so friendly and professional. Even great with our big obnoxious dog. I highly recommend him!
