Mikey did a wonderful job replacing our old Electric Panel. He was polite, thorough, and professional. We have used Safe Electric before on replacing an old light switch in our house and installing a light and they were great then as well. We will continue to use them in the future and recommend them for the electrical needs of your home. I've added some before and after pictures of the panel they replaced as well.

I needed an Electrician and contacted Buckeye but they were booked. I started to move on when they contacted me back saying they just had a cancellation. They arrived about an hour after I called them. They installed 2) 240 lines for my business equipment that same day. Very impressed with the quality and turnaround. We recently purchased a house and have experienced electrical issues since we moved in. I found Quality Electric online and scheduled a service appointment. Charlie, the electrician who came to my home, did a fantastic job. He was so professional and thorough and checked out our entire electrical system. He found a few small issues that were easily fixed. He also found that our ground fault line was not connected properly by the previous home-owner, and he fixed the problem at no charge. The entire experience, from scheduling through the Quality Electric office, to the service appointment, was great. I highly recommend this company! I will always use Quality Electric when I have any issues and will most definitely recommend the company to my family and friends. Great job and thank you!

James is friendly and a top notch expert at what he do, I hired him to install a new electrical line + outlet in my basement and after getting the job well done he even gave me a slight discount.

Confident Electric provides truly expert service. There are people who know a lot, and then there are experts--the electricians here are emphatically the latter. Not only that, they are a pleasure to work with. They deserve five stars, absolutely!

My company uses them for commercial work and I love working with them. Their work is good and the pricing is fair. They usually are able to fit us in when we have emergency, although sometimes they are backed up. Everyone is easy to work with and highly communicative which is very important to me.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Had a problem with my furnace and after several high dollar estimates, Glen Copeland was able to fix my problem with a simple actuator switch which cost less than 20.00 and install was next to nothing! Glen followed up to make sure that the heat was on and that everything was in working order! Excellent customer service and very professional! If I ever have an electrical problem....Excel Electrical Services are my go to guys!!!

Bob was first-class from start to finish. He did an excellent job—at the onset and throughout the project—of explaining the subject matter/project to two new homeowners with little understanding; he was always on time for appointments and easily accessible outside of appointment times; he returned at our earliest convenience when we had follow-up questions and requested changes; and he was cordial and trustworthy around the house. I’ll be going to him with all future electric needs.

Larry was prompt, steered me in the right direction regarding under-cabinet lights, was detailed, jumped right into the work, job was carried out meticulously and my kitchen was spotless when he was finished. I could NOT have been happier with his work.

Scheduled for 12:00 to 2:00 appointment and stated the would text 45 minutes prior to arrival. At close to 2:00 I texted them to ask if they were on there way. They eventually texted back that they were running late and would text me prior to arrival. At 4:00 they texted and said they would have to reschedule.All communications via text had to be initiated by me! Don’t waste your time with these guys. I ended up scheduling with a different contractor.

Their trucks are marked so at least I can call them out on their poor driving skills. Too busy texting a driving to care about the safety of the people around them.

Workmanship is good in areas visible to inspetors, but a little lackluster in hidden areas. Check out this recepticle they installed with a very loose neutral wire and two ground wires on one screw. The ground screw pops out so far that the recepticle tilts sideways in the junction box. For as much as we paid them, I would have expected better workmanship. They also connected 7 x 12 guage wires in a single red wire nut rated for up to 5. Caused the wire nut to buckle and resulted in a loose connection. I shouldn't have to double check the work that my electrician does.

Overall they're very professional and much better than many other electricians I've dealt with, just be sure to double check their work.

My service technician was Bah. He called ahead as requested and he came on time. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and very polite. I highly recommend him.

Don’t waste your time if you need electric work done in the city. I Called for assistance for some faulty outlets and they they didn’t want to do the work because they didn’t want to “deal with parking” even though they charge $65 for a trip charge.
