Ben and Mikey visited us two times, the first time to do a quote and then the second they came back to do all of the quoted repairs. We even added two services last minute that they were able to accomodate during their appointment. They were very helpful, knowledgable and informative and walked us through each step and exactly what they did for each of our repairs, before and after they were done. The pricing is very straightforward and also lower than other companies we got quotes from. We will use Safe Electric and hopefully Ben and Mikey in the future for any installations/repairs/electrical work. They were also very attentive to our space and had on shoe protectors at all times indoors. Definitely recommend!

I tried contacting Mr. Electric several times over the last three weeks but could not get ahold of anyone. I left my number, email and a description of the work I want to have done hoping to hear back from them. I still haven't heard back from them. Good way to loose business.

7-1-20 UPDATE: I called the office and received a call back that day from Patrick the owner. He apologized for the misunderstanding and informed me that electrician was unaware the fees were already included in the quote. He explained that at times there could be additional cost based on different structural layouts, but in my case that was not the issue. He promised to refund the additional charges via check. I think when dealing professionals it’s important to maintain a level of integrity, and I believe Pat is a man of integrity. God is good?

6/30/20 (Initial review): I called around to get quotes and they were not the most expensive or the cheapest, but I proceeded and felt my quote was reasonable for 2 ceiling fans and a chandelier. I was quoted $125 a fan and $444 for my chandelier. When I called the office back and indicated I would only need 1 ceiling fan, not 2. She said to take $125 off and they'd be there at around 9:30. They got there around 10:00 and proceeded to review the job. The election said fans were $150,even though the work order he had in his hand showed $125. He said their trip fee was $69(not included in my quote) and even though the order said scaffolding was extra, he proceeded to tell me I had to pay for the ladder! Which was an extra $80. Seriously??? They were already in my house and I was not going to go back and forth with the labor, but I will call the office and express my opinion about bating customers with 1 price and charging $150 in extras that were not communicated. I mean goodness are you going to charge me for your gas and tools too? The installers were polite, but that doesn't account for their lack of transparency.

Ed came to look at an exhaust fan which turned out to be working properly, he offered a safety inspection since the property was a recent purchase and installed surge protector to keep the house safe. Great job, fast and efficient.
