Safe Electric provided the best customer experience I have had in a while from a contractor. From my first moment of contact over a dead circuit to the final moment when Tom left the house, they acted professionally with skill/knowledge readily on display. They just really nailed everything correctly. Since our circuit outage was a bit of a safety issue, they were on it same day and Tom didn't back off until he found the problem. I was thoroughly impressed and will be keeping them in my list of trusted contractors for the future. Price was incredibly fair (even better than fair honestly) considering the amount of trouble/time to find the specific problem.

He is very easy to work with and communicates well. He was able to come to my house to help fix outlets quickly and efficiently and didn’t even charge me when it was just a breaker issue that was easily fixed.

Very Unprofessional electrical company, owner is far from honest

I had a great experience with Higher Power Electric. I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel, opened my souffits and found a huge mess of electrical wires. I thought it would be a very complex job, but the crew came in and made it look easy. They were very upfront about everything they were doing and very professional. Technician James was prompt and courteous, even when faced with major unexpected complications in the job. He applied all the additional effort with great focus and determination. He reconnected and labelled all the circuits in the house and restored power within the first day, with no failures.
