We had an issue where the electricity would go on & off on several switches. The nice lady who answered my phone call was very courteous, and even talked me through a few problem-solving techniques to see if I could find the source of our problem before spending money to get a technician out there, which I thought was super nice. When the problem still couldn’t be resolved, she scheduled an electrician to come out very quickly. Erik and his assistant worked hard to find the cause of the shortage and repaired it efficiently. They were on time, professional, clean, and friendly. Would definitely use this company again!

I was a visiting professor at OSU and all of my work was on my laptop. When the laptop suddenly quit working, I brought the PC to Quality PC around noon. Within 1 hour, they had identified problem, removed silicate debris from fan and checked out entire system. I picked up the fully functional system later in the afternoon, thanks to their quick and effective assessment of the issue.

James is a pro in every sense of the word. He is an honest individual and goes out of his way to ensure that the job is done logically, on budget and effectively. Jim has done many projects in our home in Upper Arlington over the years. Most notably perhaps was installation of our hot tub. We highly recommend James for any residential electric service and we plan to use him this month for some LED conversions and Electric socket updates.

I HIGHLY recommend Big City Electric. I was having a very odd issue with my electricity in two of my bedrooms. I had a couple electricians come out to try to diagnose the issue, but none could figure out the issue. Before Big City, I had KMA electric (NEVER use them) come to look. The technician checked one outlet and then basically said that he couldn't figure it out and I'll need a new breaker panel (about $4k).

Big City came out, the technician was very friendly and took the time to check EVERY outlet. He found that there was something wrong with an outlet in my third bedroom, which was causing the issues in the other two. He fixed it and it only cost me just shy of $200. He said that he was lucky that he caught the issue as it could have led to a fire.

In short, if you need any kind of electrical help definitely use Big City Electric.

This is an honorable company of honorable people. They had to eat a giant bill because a grounding rod punctured our water line. They immediately notified me, hired emergency plumbers, and contacted the city, all out of their pocket. I cannot imagine how stressful it would have been if they'd tried to walk away, but they bit a very costly bullet. Also, their electrical work was quickly completed, and looks fantastic. I will use them again for any job, if they're willing to come back to my cursed house.

PS: I had them send someone out for a small job the other week; Jesse was great and did an amazing, fast, and clean job. He also escaped without any more bad luck befalling him. Thanks again for everything!

I had a light fixture in our living room replaced. Columbus Ohio did it within 24 hours of my request and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them to friends.

Bradley Electric was one of 4 electrician groups we had to come out to give us an estimate on changing our electical service to a 200 amp service. We had just purchased and moved into an old home which had been piece-meal remodeled over the years. They also gave us an estimate on connecting smoke alarms (wiring in all smokes versus using devices that communicate remotely that only require 1 to be wired in - this was their idea).

They were the only group to offer the idea of wireless connected smoke detectors - the other groups we asked either had never heard of those or only provided us quotes for the wiring in (which were very costly because of the way our home had been remodeled in the past).

They were the best estimate - and frankly, I trusted Tyler the most of all the folks who came out to provide us with an estimate. He was easy to talk to, discussed different ideas, and talked to me several times after we received the estimate to clarify questions I had.

They were flexible setting up the date for our service change. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. We had ripped out some drywalling to expose a BIG MESS of wires that needed clean-up. This was an add-on to the prior estimate - and they included this in their day of work, and came back on a 2nd day to finish that part up.

I'm very pleased with their work. All the guys who worked at our house seemed to know what they were doing, were happy to answer questions and go the extra mile. I will definitely call Bradley Electric when we have additional electrical needs.

Electric Medic was very professional and repaired our meter. Their expertise was such that it received immediate passing from AEP. The service was complete the first day I called.
