James literally saved my house and life. I had a major issue and noticed sparks from a small clamp on my siding. I contacted James and he worked me in super quick. The issue could have caused my house to catch on fire. He worked for 3 hours to get it done outside in the cold. I can't say how much I appreciate his quick response and professional job. Highly recommend if you need an electrician. Thank you James for everything.

We hired Confident Electric to rewire our electrical box for our Westerville uptown business-Captivating Canines. Paul came and gave and accurate bid and scope of work and was extremely professional the entire time. Work was completed at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Confident Electric for any electrical need you may have. Paul was great!

Great company and great to work with

If I could give them zero stars I would. I had my initial appt on 12/30. The two technicians were to install switches, some of which were dimmer. Everything went well until I noticed that my outdoor lights (which are connected to one of the switches they “installed”) stopped working. I called and requested a follow up visit. On 1/3 I had a follow up visit. He assured me that he fixed my issue. I checked the outdoor lights and they were working properly. Shortly after the tech left I noticed that the dimmer switch that was previously installed by the first two techs was not working. I immediately called and the customer service rep informed me that they would send the tech back between 1 and 3pm. By 4pm when the tech didn’t show I called back. They then dispatched two different techs (one of which had helped during the first appt). The two techs made comments about the previous tech not being a certified electrician and that he always messes things up. I ignored their sidebar conversations though I did think they were inappropriate. The techs couldn’t figure out the issue so they called their manager Adam. Adam entered my home and didnt speak, he immediately started trying to whisper to the tech who had been in my home for the last 30-45 mins. Once he realized I was staring at him, he walked over to me to say hello and give me his business card. The three techs (Adam included) continued to try and troubleshoot and eventually damaged my dimmer switch, so much so that it started to give off a foul odor and could not be used any longer. Adam acknowledged the damage and promised to order a new dimmer and refund me. I followed up with Adam via email the next day about the refund and follow up service and he proceeded to explain that he was not going to honor his word.All in all, i spent nearly $400 and am out of a dimmer switch that is very expensive (Buster and punch) and is now out of stock with the merchant.I would not recommend this company for electrical services as they have poor customer service and damaged my property.

Scheduled for 12:00 to 2:00 appointment and stated the would text 45 minutes prior to arrival. At close to 2:00 I texted them to ask if they were on there way. They eventually texted back that they were running late and would text me prior to arrival. At 4:00 they texted and said they would have to reschedule.All communications via text had to be initiated by me! Don’t waste your time with these guys. I ended up scheduling with a different contractor.

They did a wonderful job, was very polite, and showed attention to detail and design. Will definitely hire them again for future electrical work!

Their trucks are marked so at least I can call them out on their poor driving skills. Too busy texting a driving to care about the safety of the people around them.

Finally an electrician service that is not outrageous in price and time waited! Techs are professional and competent-I could not be happier

Still has been great to work with at our residence and rentals. They are great communicators and the techs are very friendly, efficient, and clean. A+ quality work. They are my go-to for all projects and repairs for electrical services.

I couldn't recommend anyone better!!! James, Steve, and Clyde were so professional, friendly, and accomodating to all of our needs and aesthetics when installing several very high up ceiling fans and fixtures. These guys were great to work with!!!
They cared about my home by keeping their work neat and tidy and working with me on how things looked in my home. Not many contractors would want the input of the wife on how things look but as they worked they always asked my input and were happy to accomodate my requests.

I engaged Waibel to repair a light switch and install a GFI in my bathroom. Eric arrived on time and completed the work within 1.5 hours (including having to leave to purchase a part). Eric was friendly, patiently answered my questions, and even provided some suggestions for my son who is looking to become an electrician after high school. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost for the work, and think it was reasonably priced. I will be using Waibel for all my future electrical needs. I highly recommend them.

Had Converse install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage. Quick estimate process. Quick install with no problems. I received an estimate from a competitor that was much higher with options to upsell additions to the work. Converse said they could of course include those additions, but they weren’t necessary. I appreciated the honesty, good work, and reasonable cost.

I needed same day service and KMA was right there for us. Their pricing was fair, competitive and upfront. But for us, most of all, the service was the difference maker. Mitchell was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He helped us fix our problem and saved us $337 off of unneeded repairs!!! i highly recommend KMA and I can tell you that we will use them again in a heartbeat!!!

I needed a more powerful exhaust fan in a bathroom after installing a steam shower. Alex had to do some retrofitting in the old home. He stuck with it till it was done with great results. Craig selected the fan I needed and we are leased with its power, quiet , motion detector on and humdistat monitoring features. Elite has always come through for me.

Don't try and get a job here they will ghost you and hide behind a phone or email not responding or returning calls they will make you think there is a open spot when it's really a way of making you come in for business aspect what a joke of a company
