Ben and Sean were extremely helpful. I had been having an issue with one of my outlets and they came out, diagnosed the problem, comprehensively explained the issue and fix, and repaired the outlet. Furthermore, they took the time to check all the other outlets for similar issues and found that my house needed new outlets to bring it up to code. Both Ben and Sean were efficient, kind and very open to explaining what they were doing. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I called Quality Electric on a Monday and I had my ceiling light fixture moved by Wednesday. Joe P and Ethan showed up when expected. Joe explained the job and gave me options to keep my drywall intact. Both were professional and completed the job quickly. Material costs were not inflated and the pricing was fair.

I needed a new electrician and I really like Jim Hartley. Friendly, no nonsense, fair, and honest. Installed two exterior outlets from scratch in two hours. Great job!

I am very happy with the service I got! He came out the same day and fixed the problem and then a few days later I had a different issue and he came back out and fixed this problem as well. My company uses them for commercial work and I love working with them. Their work is good and the pricing is fair. They usually are able to fit us in when we have emergency, although sometimes they are backed up. Everyone is easy to work with and highly communicative which is very important to me.

Had PTI come thru last night. It was 2 servicers (I believe one guy was named Joe), super awesome guys. Explained the entire fix to me and were courteous and beyond friendly. Going to recommended PTI to all my friends

Ken always shows up with a smile on his face (ok, so only his eyes were smiling this time) for our annual generator service. Very professional and does a nice job explaining everything to us. Have used KMA for many years and will continue to do so!

Matt was great all around, very knowledgeable and great communication. Customer service is clearly their top priority. I wish I could remember the techs that came to do the jobs names. They were so great at their job and just all around good people.

We have used Higher Power at least 3 times now based on a recommendation from our daughter. Service and personnel have always been top notch! Lyle was in our home this week, and he felt like family right away. He tackled multiple electric issues, and even gave us a brief Lighting 101 training. I was driving on 270, one of their trucks was in the fast lane going slow so I got in the middle lane to go around them. While doing this a worker thought that it would be professional the give me the finger for no reason. Also mind you this was in one of their vans with the company's name all over it. Will definitely never be using this company if they are going to employ unprofessional people.

The electrician, Jay, did a great job on the installation of a new panel and subpanel for a generator. The wiring looks neat and he limited the inconvenience of not having power to the house on a cold day to a minimum while still ensuring its safe and proper installation. He was also considerate of my other appliances around the worksite and cleaned up after himself. Will definite recommend and use for future projects.
