From the initial phone call to the techs arrival everyone was pleasant, friendly and professional. The appointment was timely and the techs were courteous and thoughtful about working in our home. Eric was very thorough in explaining the problem and we were able to get the issue resolved same day. I would definitely recc’d their services and call on them again if needed!

DIY basement renovation except for electric, which I don't DIY. :-) Got a quote from Mr. Electric and it was $5K for basic tasks (run electric lines to new lights, receptacles and switches, correct some code-related issues with previous owners' janky/dangerous wiring, install a whole-house surge protector, etc.). Lo and behold, we discover our estimator from Mr. Electric was on commission -- so it was no surprise when Jason from Big City came out and quoted us the work that we actually needed to have done at half the price. All the recommendations Jason made for our project were spot-on -- he could have gouged and up-sold us, but he helped us achieve our vision for the least amount of cost possible. That's the mark of a true professional, and what seals the deal for us as customers. From general manager Jason to owner David to our crew who did the work (Dave and Anthony), we experienced the kind of world-class treatment we would expect from a locally-owned business that takes integrity seriously. The quality of the work was superb. Dave and Anthony are professionals through and through, and they treated our home as though it were their own. They patiently explained to us what they were doing and why. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We'll never use another electric company -- we're Big City customers for life. Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

The installation process went quick. The crew was very professional and easy to work with. They installed everything perfectly and ensured no messes were left behind. Lastly, the customer service was great. I worked with Rob to coordinate my project schedule and he went above and beyond to ensure all my questions or concerns were answered.

We had them come out to install a chandelier on our 20ft. Ceiling. They were professional, on time and did a great job! They even went back over the chandelier to ensure all the lights were straight before leaving. Would highly recommend

I had problems with my new backup generator since another electrician (not so good) replaced the 10 year old one with a more powerful one I had acquired. He neglected to rewire the main entry panel and our household lighting and electronics were always burping.

I heard of CountrySide and that they specialize in Generac generators. Even though I didn't buy the generator from them (as I had it already) they were glad to come out to inspect and found the significant wiring error right away. The home was not properly isolated.

They scheduled and appointment and were right on time. The tech was very friendly and even let me watch, learn and assist. He also found that the other electrician used the totally wrong mainline cable (a code and fire hazard). A very thick and different cable was needed but he didn't have one on the truck. He actually drove to the local Home Depot to try to find it and when HD didn't have it he called back to the office and they dispatched a 2nd tech with the proper cable(while he was working on the internal rewiring) at no extra cost. All in all the quoted 1 afternoon job was done in exactly one afternoon with minimal disruption to home power as they did all the pre-work and only cut power to replace the mainline cable.

Since they fixed it, the lights don't dim, the electronics work perfectly and the generator is running at top notch! I plan on using them for other upgrades and installations in the future.

After a certain big box retailer botched a dryer hookup, Waibel was able to send out someone within a day to fix the issue and even uncover a bigger issue with the washer! Chris was fantastic - professional, personable and definitely getting more of my business as I learn more about this old house!
