Best Panel Wiring in Columbus OH

We had our outdoor service wiring/meter replaced. Ben and Mark did a great, thorough job! Friendly and punctual. Would definitely do business again! I had a large package delivered that day and Ben even helped me move it inside!

We had them out to add an additional outlet in the garage to service our irrigation control panel. they arrived on-time, as scheduled and performed the work quickly. we will definitely utilize their services again.

Would never hire these people again. Range was blowing the fuse. Came out and spent like 5 min saying the fuse is fine it’s the range. Whirlpool sent people out on two different occasions. Said there is nothing wrong with the range. Ended up replacing the fuse. No problem since.

Not to mention charging 160 bucks to look st it seemed ridiculous especially given they were wrong and can’t even tell if a fuse needed replaced.

To be honest. I’m surprised at the ineptitude given the good reviews.

But like anything in life, your results might vary. I’ll call someone else.

I work with Ashley a lot at my current job and I think she and her company are great! Very responsive to my e-mails and always detailed in explaining what they are doing and why. I have used them for a while now exclusively and I cannot say enough good things about them!

Needing estimates on electric in my house. Arrived on time and was very efficient. Took time to explain the issues .

We had a circuit on our breaker that wasn't working. It wasn't tripped, just didn't work. No lights or outlets on that circuit worked, only our kitchen microwave was on the same circuit. We used an extension cord to go across the kitchen so the microwave could be used while the circuit was out.

I called Big City Electric on a weekend and left a message. I got a prompt call back on the next business day. He asked me for all the details and really heard me. So you know when you talk to someone making an appointment and you feel like they're listening, but not hearing you. He got my all my concerns and accurately recorded what I was telling him. As a bonus when I told him someone else would be at the house when they come he just asked a couple of questions and moved on.

The person who came to our house was polite and courteous. He offered to wear the shoe wraps, which rejected since we're redoing our flooring anyway. He asked multiple times if we were sure. Great manners. He was also very thorough. He didn't just check the outlets we told him were an issue. He went all over the house and tested everything. We had a couple outlets that were just bad, he went ahead and replaced them.

The overall problem was actually in the box itself. We needed a part, an old part so he didn't have it. We went out to get it same immediately and called his cell phone. He came back same day and installed the part.

I had such a good experience at the beginning I didn't shop around for other electricians. So I can't tell you where the price fell, but I can tell you it didn't feel steep.

Overall excellent experience. I will patronize them again and would recommend them.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Glen is the MAN! I live in Bexley. Had a very annoying problem I could not troubleshoot, and also wanted some light fixtures hung. His prices are fair. His work is great. He is a very intelligent person, and educated me (I love to learn all I can about electricity - I didn't pay attention in 8'th grade shop). He is prompt. He works very clean (when was last time you had someone work in your home that brought his own shop vac in?). So....yes obviously we highly recommend him (and p.s. I am picky who works in my home).

Daniel responded to my text and showed up shortly after. He diagnosed the issue (that was missed by a previous electrician) within a few minutes, replaced a part, and brought power back to our lives!
He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He talked us through exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it. Couldn't be happier.

It's not often that you leave a review for someone who didn't do any work, but when I called them about power off in half my house, they said they could come out but it is likely an AEP issue. So I called AEP and sure enough it was. So the money I saved today will go to Bradley later when I call them for some re-wiring I need to have done.

Randy and Mike showed up on time and ready to go. They took the time to make sure i understood all options since the install was more complex first thought.

They were fair with the pricing and both friendly and professional. We had to do a bit of sweeping insulation afterwards but would recommend and use them again.

Both technicians Jeff and Aaron were very experienced, knowledgeable and professional!!! It is nice to know there are still company's out there like this!!! I would highly recommend Converse to anyone needing prompt, knowledgeable, experienced electricial service!

Great service and fair prices. Joe was great and dedicated to quality work. Will absolutely be keeping this number handy should the need arise for a plumber or HVAC technician in the future.
