From first call to Safe Electric, Tara was very helpful and responsive to our particular needs. Our issue was not really an emergency but they got us scheduled right away and even called to arrange an early arrival to the appointment. Very professional during the visit and sent us a picture of our technician in advance. Rhett and Austin listened well and were very friendly, talked through the issues, made scalable and practical recommendations, got to work right away, and were done quickly. Very satisfied with the process and work. Highly recommend these neighborhood professionals.

What a fabulous experience. So happy with the work completed for our kitchen remodel today. Anthony and Thomas did a fantastic job and thoroughly cleaned up after work was done. Very pleased with my service. Service guy was on time and explained exactly what was needed. I wanted more sockets then he was prepared to do, so he repaired one ( which was the reason for my call), installed one and will be back to complete the others. So far, so good!

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

My two experiences using this company have been outstanding from start to finish. Melinda who set up both appointments was very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. Both technicians Jeff and Aaron were very experienced, knowledgeable and professional!!! It is nice to know there are still company's out there like this!!! Installed wrong coil and that voided the warranty. Won't refund my money.

If I could give 0 stars maybe even negative stars I would. They were the electricians wiring our new house under construction. They are holding up the process. The Owner of this business NEVER returns calls for 6-8 weeks They have been contacted to finish the job at our house. There are 3 outlets they forgot to install. When our builder calls them they say we will send someone tomorrow. Then NO ONE shows. My husband has called but phone calls are not returned this has been Going on for 8 weeks. If you want someone responsible reliable & truthful then this is not the company to use.

Ed has been very helplul. Went above and beyond and explained everything he was doing. He found repairs from previous electrician that didn’t work on it properly. I would highly recommend Ed for all your electrical needs. He also gave me some great recommendations and tips on future electrical issues I have.

Marquis & Keenan were on time, and mannerable! Power to my Garage and attached out door lamp went out 90 days ago.They figured out what the problem was,and explained it to me...and had power restored! I'mAnd just as it got dark that evening...
