Because we are in the same neighborhood, Buckeye Electric came out to our home in the late evening on a Friday to help us; we were out of power and air conditioning in 90 degrees. He took every step he could to help us, and was diligent in finding out what our issues were. Not only did he spend time with us and work his hardest to fix the problem that evening and most of the next day, he stuck by us when AEP had to come out, and spoke for us. Mr. Electric had some issues with the dispatch on earlier appointments we had scheduled during the week. Dion who is the manager made it right and personally took the lead on our job.

Keith was very responsive to our needs. He was also very professional and did excellent work for us. He had the ability to think outside the box by coming on a weekend which worked better for us. He is your man if you have electrical needs.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

It's not often that you leave a review for someone who didn't do any work, but when I called them about power off in half my house, they said they could come out but it is likely an AEP issue. So I called AEP and sure enough it was. So the money I saved today will go to Bradley later when I call them for some re-wiring I need to have done.

As a brand new homeowner I was nearly in tears when I pretty much short circuited my whole house on a Saturday night. We frantically started calling whatever 24 hour electricians we could find and Care Electric could come the fastest. Walid was here in literally 15 minutes and fixed our problem in 5 minutes. Then he turned to my husband and me and asked what else he could help us with since he’s charging us the hour anyway - I truly cannot appreciate enough the transparency and willingness to help. He set up a few other things, gave us a very fair quote for a few updates and charged us a fair price for the hour. We were very impressed and will definitely be using Care Electric again. Highly recommend!

Edward was very good - he worked closely with me and my insurance - he explained the issues (and there was a lot) with my breaker box and why it wasn't working and what specifically needed to be corrected. Took about 6 1/2 hours to complete repairs and he provided updates during process.Overall price I felt was a little high but felt his quality of work was good. This was the only company that came out late same day to provide estimate. Made several calls and no other company could dispatch emergency service - entire power was out.

This is our second time having this company work in our home and we have been highly satisfied on both occasions. I could not say enough great things about Ivan. He arrived on time, was thorough in his explanation of the issue and honest about the cost before getting started. His kindness to us was an added pleasure to the experience.

Would not recommend. We hired them to replace our electrical panel, install new light fixtures and new recessed lighting. On our electrical panel about half of the switches are labeled unknown and our recessed lights make a loud buzzing noise. When we asked them to come back and look at the recessed lights, the guy just said well I can't hear anything. Now we have to pay another electrician to come and fix them.
