Zack, Brendan, Mikey and Eric were great. They were professional, efficient and skilled getting my meter base changed on the first and only visit. Zack learned of our upcoming move and pointed out several things that an inspector would insist on correcting and were able to add these upgrades during their original on-site work, having the necessary parts already with them at a reasonable cost. They even fought for me with the utility company, it was worse than fighting city hall. My congratulations on having a great crew - highly recommended.

Big City Electric upgraded my service to 200 amps a few weeks ago. I'll be using them for any other electrical work I may need in the future. Their price was fair (significantly lower than the two other estimates I received). The crew were courteous and professional. The new panel is well labelled and all the work was neatly done. Caleb came to check an issue with a few electric outlets and ceiling lights that went out due to some mitigation work, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. Will definitely use them again.

One of their decal laden pickups tried to run me off the road today. Admittedly, I'm still a little heated, but using the company car to push around smaller vehicles doesn't seem like a good business model. Fortunately nobody was hurt, and there is no need to involve police. However it feels like safety should be a bigger concern for those who work with electricity.

I needed a more powerful exhaust fan in a bathroom after installing a steam shower. Alex had to do some retrofitting in the old home. He stuck with it till it was done with great results. Craig selected the fan I needed and we are leased with its power, quiet , motion detector on and humdistat monitoring features. Elite has always come through for me.

What an exceptional business to work with!! From the first moment I looked up Higher Power Electric, they were so easy to work with the schedule an initial consultation within the week. John was very honest and open with his advise for how to upgrade our outdoor business lighting so that it was most effective, and he even took a drawing of our building plan so that he could provide a detailed proposal for our lighting. I want to say a big thank you to Lyle, Eric, and Jim who performed our installation -- they walked me through everything and answered any and all questions I had. Thank you also to John and Vickie for being so pleasant and helpful!! Our business has a hectic schedule, and they did everything they could to accommodate us, for which I am eternally grateful. 4th year currently enrolled. The IEC of Central Ohio provides Classroom training and ongoing education for apprentice and journeyman electricians. Basically, you will get out of it what you put in. The four year course covers multiple areas in the electrical field. The provided Educational Books are great for reading up and reference materials. This coarse will teach you what you need to take the state license test. I personally have experienced that they will work with you to best complete the full coarse around your work schedule and provide multiple opportunities for added education. CPR, OSHA, NFPA Code, Hands on Lab Work...
( To reference Mr Kings review... If you personally witnessed bullies in class you should stand and say something... Remember, most of the students here work together and have relationships outside the classroom. Many are sent by there employers and may not be focused on education. What you see in class may not be what you think.)
Focus on your education and you will get what you want from these classes. Remember, this education is based off you currently working in the electrical field.
