Rhett and Jack did a fantastic job, they were polite, upfront and accommodating. They gave me all the facts on how to fix my issue, some recommendations on adding some outlets in my basement and cleaned up like it never happened when they were done. Would highly recommend them.

Fast and fantastic service! We had several ceiling fans to be replaced as well as replacing old light fixtures. Tim came out within a couple days of me calling to give me an estimate. The total was a fair price and we were able to schedule the work for just a couple days later. Tim was on-time for the appointment, explained different parts of the process, made sure everything was how I wanted and cleaned up after the service. I will definitely be using Mr. Electric again and I will request Tim as my tech.

KAP Electric came out and installed a new outlet in my down stairs bathroom. They gave us a price upfront and did exactly what they said they were gonna do. They also cleaned up after themselves. I will have them come out to do more electrical work in the future!!

Very responsive and provided options for the services I needed. Bob installed a generator interlock kit and a 30 amp exterior outlet. The work was done quickly and with minimal power interruptions for us - the outlet install also looks great! Will definitely be recommending going forward and will keep using Arlington Electric for our future electrical needs.

I had Ralph and his helper Tyler at my house. I had a new panel upgraded an several lights and outlets installed . They were both very courteous and nice. Ralph went out of his way to explain to me exactly what he was doing. He found a few issues and at first I thought he was trying to sell me for more work but that couldn't be further from the truth. He did a safety check an fixed some serious safety issues i had. As somebody that knows nothing about electricity. I feel that I have a grasp on it now. After, Ralph walked me through and explained things very clearly in which I could comprehend. I cant express how thankful I am to him.I will definatly be using Ralph and pti for all my electrical needs. Just FYI he also noticed my bathroom door which has never closed properly.. It hasn't shut for 3 yrs. Since we purchased this place. After he left I realized he fixed the door for us. He didn't mention it or ask to be paid for it. Which i totally would have.Thats just the type of person he is. If your looking for a reliable company that takes pride in their work and whom you can trust. Look no further than Pti Electric. Receptionist was rude. Not willing to work around peoples work schedules. I was told they only do appts as early as 8am and no later then 4pm and no weekends. How is someone with a job supposed to use this company without taking a day off work? Ridiculous!
