Tara asked a few questions and was able to schedule service for the next morning. Adam and Ryan came during their scheduled appointment time window, were able to give me options for the repairs needed and completed the needed repairs the same day. Adam explained things thoroughly and said that he would be the one to come back for any future needs. Very knowledgeable and helpful experience

I lost partial power at my home and called 2 electricians. The first was willing to make an appointment but refused to give price. This company (Bradley) gave price but advised I first contact my electric provider since they would possibly remedy at no cost to me. Bradley Electric was correct to advise this and my electricity provider fixed the issue. Bradley Electric is an honest company.

We had them come out to install a chandelier on our 20ft. Ceiling. They were professional, on time and did a great job! They even went back over the chandelier to ensure all the lights were straight before leaving. Would highly recommend

Receptionist Hung up on me when i was calling in about a project i needed help with. We have a generator removal project we were looking to get a quote on and when you call in she greets you with a very scripted 'thank you for making it a brighter day here at Converse Electric' and before i could finish she told me 'no thanks' and hung up the phone. I will be calling Converse Electric's competitors to give them my business. First impressions say a lot. I am thankful they showed me how rude they are on the first call instead of learning the hard way.
