Quality Electric was great! I needed a couple outlets installed and looked into a handful of electricians. I chose Quality Electric because they were prompt in responding to my inquiry and their estimate was a reasonable price. The technician arrived on time and completed the work quickly. We are highly disappointed with our experience with Safeway. We used them through our builder. We called to set up a walk through as well as pay for an added fan rough in. They gladly took our money for the fan rough in but said they no longer did walk throughs to pick out outlet placement. We believed them. Once we had our pre drywall meeting we found out that was not true and we should have had that meeting. We now have cords all over due to believing them. Very unhappy and completely unavoidable. We then asked again before drywall and they declined to make it right.

Love that it is family owned, very professional and did a great job in a timely manner.

I'm highly disappointed. They missed their appointment and didn't even bother to call. I called to see what was going on after the appointment time slot and was told I would get a call back. I never received a call so I called again. I can't seem to get any answers.
