Safe Electric was awesome! This was our first experience with the company and we will definitely be repeat customers. We switched from a gas stove to an electric one. The electricity line & outlet was attached to the rafter in our crawl space and needed to be run up through the flooring and reattached to the outlet. When I called to schedule an appointment, they made it so easy to choose a day and time. I scheduled a date based on my schedule and much to my delight and surprise, they had a cancellation, texted me and they actually performed our service 2 days ahead of schedule. Bob was the electrician and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, thorough and completed the work in a very short amount of time. The work cost estimate was explained before starting the work, based on our acceptance. Very reasonably priced. We’ve now got a “go-to” electrician and company. Big City Electric upgraded my service to 200 amps a few weeks ago. I'll be using them for any other electrical work I may need in the future. RAPID RESPONSE and quickly found/fixed the issue I had with two bedrooms loosing outlet power after an AEP outage today. I called around 12 by 3 the problem was fixed! Very pleasant gentleman who took my call and even tried to help me do a quick fix check over the phone before dispatching the crew out. The crew came and found the problem/fixed.

Excellent, fast service. Jeremy was pleasant and got the job done the same day that I called. The power went out in my chicken coop and he was able to restore it is less than one hour. My hens and I were very happy that they did not have to spend the night in the cold. I would 100% recommend this company

Completed the installation of a bathroom fan in very little time. The pair who was here did an excellent job of communicating what they needed to do. They were positive and a lot of fun.

The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

We had a great experience with Still Electric! They installed outdoor outlets, swapped light fixtures, and rewired a majority of our 1917 construction house (along with getting the work permitted) within one week. Our walls are plaster, and they took care not to cause too much damage with the necessary cutting. The price was fair, and we plan to use them again in the future if we need further work done!
