Wife & I had them come out to troubleshoot a non-starting partial home generator. The electricians were very polite & friendlyHowever, we were shocked to find out that the neither the trip fee ($69) nor the diagnostic fee ($364) would go toward any repairs. Most companies we’ve hired for other services charge no more than $150 total for the trip & diagnostic fee, which also goes towards repairs. We ended up paying over $800 for a new battery ($276 with no info regarding brand, CCAs or warranty) & essentially a tune up (replaced spark plug, oil, oil filter & air filter). Your company needs to be more transparent with customers regarding the diagnostic fee prior to the appointment.Also, it is a given that any reputable company drug tests & runs background checks on its employees or independent contractors before sending them to clients’ houses. And it’s safe to assume that at least one of the electricians sent to customers’ homes is licensed. The company van was not fully stocked after all as it did not have the required battery, requiring more time to complete the job & thus more time out of our schedules. None of these ‘unique’ qualities of Safe Electric justify the exorbitant prices. I’ve never left a bad review on Google before today & don’t like doing this. However, the lack of transparency & upfront pricing is really upsetting.

I am very happy with the service provided! First their scheduling system was super easy. I did it all online and my appointment was confirmed via text. Second, I reached out on a Friday and had someone here first thing Monday morning! Third, they showed up and got the work done same day. They were very professional and great to work with. I had a funky problem where my TV cable would get snowy when a light switch in the other room turned on! It took quality electric two tries to figure it out, but they were on it immediately. The first time we thought we had it fixed but we did not check the rheostat on the light switch. When I called they came the very next day and switched out the entire light switch At no charge to me. I thought they were great and I highly recommend them.

Had a wiring problem in my basement. Paul was able to come out same day, troubleshoot the problem and resolve quickly. Very happy with the quick response and resolution. Will definitely use Confident Electric again.

This business is awesome! I had an electric emergency of my own making (smart switch install gone wrong), and Brody came out to fix up my mistakes. He was super professional, very friendly and explained everything he was doing in a very educational way that made sense to me. I can't say enough good things about this company and Brody. Tyler did a great job repairing an basement ceiling light. He also conducted a courtesy safety inspection on the electrical system in our home., and let us know about some upgrades we need to make to bring our home up to code.

They helped with a home sale. Fixed and remedied all items. Prices and service was great. Will def use them in the future for any electrical item. They were about 1/2 the price as the big company.

The crew was very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did an outstanding job installing my new chandelier and pendant lights. Everything they did was top notch. Definitely a great experience with these guys. Beep them up if you need any electric work done.

Great company

I called a little before 6 pm and was told they it was after regular business hours. I was given a number to call the after hours person, Tyler, if I had an urgent. I talked to talked to Tyler about my outage problem in my Master Bedroom, dining area, and one bedroom. He convinced me, it wasn't an emergency and would be out there next morning. He had me plug and extension cord into one of the working outlets and along with a surge protector, I could get through the night.
Tyler arrived early the next morning as promised and found I had turned a couple of circuit breakers off. But I showed him an outlet that had been giving me problems and once Tyler started working on it lights started going out all over my condo. He fixed the outlet and asked if I had any other electrical problems. He found out I needed new fire detectors and could have replaced them during the same call.
The service call was $249 but I got $20 for using Angie's List. Their hours are only from 8 am to 4 pm. And the thing I didn't like was, I found insulation and small pieces of plastic under the outlet are he left. I have a cat and she will try to eat anything.

I'm highly disappointed. They missed their appointment and didn't even bother to call. I called to see what was going on after the appointment time slot and was told I would get a call back. I never received a call so I called again. I can't seem to get any answers.

Only electrical company we use. We always have great service and would recommend anytime.

We have always been very pleased with service and price. If there is a problem, technicians stick with the job until it is completed to satisfaction. Great company.

Receptionist Hung up on me when i was calling in about a project i needed help with. We have a generator removal project we were looking to get a quote on and when you call in she greets you with a very scripted 'thank you for making it a brighter day here at Converse Electric' and before i could finish she told me 'no thanks' and hung up the phone. I will be calling Converse Electric's competitors to give them my business. First impressions say a lot. I am thankful they showed me how rude they are on the first call instead of learning the hard way.
