Adam was excellent.He came the next day and did inspection.He identified the problems quickly and provided us with option for repair.He did the job in 2 hr and answered all our questions.Very impressed with Adam Lanzer and the company.

Very helpful and honest service. I had called for an issue and was given instructions on how to solve it, no charge. A less honest company could have made it house call and made a bigger deal about the problem. But not these guys, they were very straightforward. I would definitely call them again for any future projects.

I had a great experience with Arlington Electric. Bob installed underneath cabinet lighting in my kitchen. He showed up on time, performed the work needed, & cleaned up after the project. He was very friendly as well. They will be my first call for any electrical needs going forward.

Good company

When the power went out, we expected the generator to come on—but it didn’t. I was panicked, we are old people who cannot tolerate temperature extremes due to medical issues. When we called Countryside Electric, even though all the service techs were out on other calls, I could tell that Brittany, the office manager, truly cared and wanted to help. You know what I mean—with some businesses, you can tell it’s just business. But she really cared that someone was panicked and needed immediate help. The first thing she did was try to talk my husband through the process on the phone, and while he was able to go outside and get the generator running, we discovered a few minutes later that power had not transferred to the house—so I called back a second time.

Brittany contacted a technician (I later found out he is her husband) who by luck was nearby, and he was at our house in less than a half hour. I understand that we were lucky—but had she not cared, she wouldn’t have gone to the trouble to see if anyone was in our neighborhood, and just put us on the list instead. Kyle, the technician, quickly located the problem, and got it running properly. We were told we’d need to switch the house back to the regular electrical supply manually when the power came back on.

Around eleven o’clock at night, it occurred to me that the power might come on after we went to bed, and I didn’t know what would happen if we didn’t know until morning. Could it damage the generator, hurt our circuitry, start a fire? I was ready to stay up all night to make sure we were awake to handle the transfer when the power came back on. So I called Countryside Electric, to find out if it was safe to go to bed, and as late as it was, I got a call back from Kyle in less than ten minutes—amazing! I found out later that he’d been up since four in the morning, and still had service calls to finish! But he took time to reassure us that nothing bad would happen if we went to bed. I was REALLY impressed that he took the time to call us, considering how hectic his day had to have been. He came back a few days later and determined that for some reason unusual conditions had prevented the transfer switch from working as it should, but showed my husband what to do in the unlikely event that it ever happened again. Apparently the electricity had blinked off and then on so many times that the mechanism was confused about whether or not our electrical supply was crying wolf, and it had concluded it was a false alarm. At the same time we discovered that our sump pump was not wired into the control panel, so Kyle will be coming back to fix that for us.

Kyle and Brittany went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a company in an emergency, and I can’t express how grateful I am not to have had to evacuate my home. Thanks to their diligence, we were only without power for about an hour! I also would like to add that they serviced my generator the past few times, and their pricing is very competitive. I couldn’t be happier.

The guys came out to my property and put in several outlets GFI’s and redirect light fixtures & the installation and cleaned up the mess afterwards ( very professional )

Matt was great all around, very knowledgeable and great communication. Customer service is clearly their top priority. I wish I could remember the techs that came to do the jobs names. They were so great at their job and just all around good people.

The electrician arrived on time. H electrician wore a mask and booties, we went thru the house areas that was going to be effected by the installation of two new outlets in my medical treatment room for Dialysis. The new 20 amp wires had to new runned from the electrical panel in the basement to the 2nd floor. He ran all the wires and only had to make one hole in the landing of the basement drywall which he repaired as well. Very Very neat you would never no he was there. This is the best work and efficiency I have witnessed in the three house I had build and two restaurants. HD ELECTRICAL SERVICES will be bragged about to all family and friends.

I worked with Patrick on my order and Jim came out and did my work. Great folks to work with. They did excellent work.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Had them add a breaker and run a line to add a/c to my home, they used a used 20 year old breaker that was crooked and did not fit and then left bare wire outside. I haf to point out the problems so they could be fixed. She was supposed to do an inspection on the outlets and lied and said she did when all she did was sit at the kitchen table while i was outside for 2 minutes came back in she said she was done, i knew of one problem with a light switch and asked her what she thought about it and she had to ask me what was wrong with it(obviously no inspection was done) then tryed to charge me 100 for an inspection. Then after they left she cursed me and said she was going to sue me, just like i see on here that she is going to sue a few more people lol. Every aspect of my experience was horrible and very unprofessional. The vans are so beat up and dirty and have bugs and smell like noone has showered in months, i do not recommend this company for anything nor would I trust any of the work they do, they should be shut down, the people that she has working for her are absolutely not certified, she told me herself. Trust all the bad reviews on here and go with someone else.
