Installed a Tesla home charger in my garage

Originally planned to use them to install a light/heater but because I didn’t have enough power I ended up having them replace switch faceplates and plugs anyway (to white) during my Appt. Felt like the technician didn’t really clean up well and didn’t get to everything I expected to get to (some switches my husband expected him to get to in the allotted time weren’t replaced)

My experience with Mr. Hartley was very good. He installed a ceiling light and made a change in the electric panel. He is very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He went the extra mile by cleaning up the work area and removing the old fixture. I give him 5+ stars.

No call no show. I have a rental on campus they were supposed to visit on Friday (half the house has nonworking electric) and they just didn't show up. Left 2 messages and a text with no response.

My company uses them for commercial work and I love working with them. Their work is good and the pricing is fair. They usually are able to fit us in when we have emergency, although sometimes they are backed up. Everyone is easy to work with and highly communicative which is very important to me.

confrontational, does not have the temperament but has the potential to be a great worker. break down from what I asked for on the phone and what work needed to be done. I wanted to walk the building to show the scope of work that needed to be done and the technician did not. Gave me a $ without wanting to walk the building. I was looking forward to maybe recommending this company to all 88 units in the building.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

I called Glen from Excel Electrical because I needed a second light switch at the base of our basement stairs. Glen quoted us a great price, (much more reasonable than others) and came out the next day to install the switch. He was polite, professional, quick, on-time and neat. I will be calling him for ALL my electrical needs!

Bob, was prompt, professional, quick, and most important was enjoyable to work with. Electric work is often hidden behind walls, but I am fortunate every day to enjoy this handiwork from my basement office.

Scheduled for 12:00 to 2:00 appointment and stated the would text 45 minutes prior to arrival. At close to 2:00 I texted them to ask if they were on there way. They eventually texted back that they were running late and would text me prior to arrival. At 4:00 they texted and said they would have to reschedule.All communications via text had to be initiated by me! Don’t waste your time with these guys. I ended up scheduling with a different contractor.

The job was impeccable. I’ve worked with them before and every job has been truly impressive, timely, and professional. Their services are unmatched by any other electricians and I can’t recommend them enough.

Our tech did a quality job installing a very large lighted fan in our vaulted ceiling! He was on time, courteous, speedy and very skilled for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

They did my outdoor patio electric connection. They did a good job. The connection looks clean and they charged reasonable for the work

Had another circuit panel added to my existing one. Chris did fantastic work and I could not be happier. He showed up when expected and was very knowledgeable and professional. If I ever need any electrical work done on the future, this is the place I'm calling without any hesitation.
