Everything about their work and professionalism was top shelf, and it was honestly cool having them around today just to “shoot the breeze” while they worked.Pricing was up front and fair; and (again) the quality of work was top notch. Came out when they said they would. Helped diagnose problem and fixed it on the spot. Very responsive to my questions, explained everything that was wrong, and most importantly repaired what was needed.

My HOA was replacing the siding of the condominiums when all of a sudden the power went out as they were working next to the outside building electrical box. The HOA electrician blamed it on my personal electrical panel box and said I would have to get mine replaced. I didn't believe them so I called Paul over and he was extremely helpful and thorough. He went through and diagnosed every possible cause and none of them pointed to my box being the problem. Turns out, the company replacing the siding nailed through and hit the electric line and almost caused a fire. Paul is truly a blessing and knows what he's doing.

I engaged Waibel to repair a light switch and install a GFI in my bathroom. Eric arrived on time and completed the work within 1.5 hours (including having to leave to purchase a part). Eric was friendly, patiently answered my questions, and even provided some suggestions for my son who is looking to become an electrician after high school. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost for the work, and think it was reasonably priced. I will be using Waibel for all my future electrical needs. I highly recommend them.

Had PTI come thru last night. It was 2 servicers (I believe one guy was named Joe), super awesome guys. Explained the entire fix to me and were courteous and beyond friendly. Going to recommended PTI to all my friends
