I had a few smart switches and a new 20 amp breaker installed in the garage. Zack did a great job walking me through the cost breakdown and my options before he started. Was very friendly and thorough. Was very neat and cleaned up after he was finished. Zack and Safe Electric did not disappoint. I will use them again. Would definitely recommend.

I called Jim on a Saturday and he answered and spoke with me about an issue I was having with my garbage disposal outlet. He could have simply told me to make an appointment but he suggested what it could be and asked if I was able to replace the switch. I did this and now everything is working again. I had a house fire last month. Everyone is safe, but the house is going to need a lot of work. We had an electrician from Efficient come out to restore power to a basement outlet so I could run my irrigation system. On May 26th he said not only did he get the outlet powered, he resorted power to the house for the contractors to use for their power tools while rebuilding the house. I went to the house on 5/27 to plug in my irrigation system and there was no power. I turned on lights throughout the house and still no power. I plugged items in outlets throughout the house and there wasn’t power. So I called and complained. The electrician’s supervisor told me that he did restore power the the whole house and the outlet for my irrigation system. So now I’m very upset. I went to the burned house with a lamp, blender, and iPhone with charger. I made a video of myself plugging everything into the outlet he said had power and plugged the items into outlets throughout the house to PROVE there was no power!!! I decided to get another electrician. The new guy from a different company restored power to the outlet and showed me that the guy from Efficient DIDNT do what he told his supervisor over and over that he did! Every single wire in the fuse box was dangling and none of the wires were labeled. I do not recommend this company at all! They totally lied to everyone involved.

The electrician who came to my home was extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. I had tried to sort it myself, and he took the time to explain to me what was wrong and why. and advised me on some basic in home things I could look at if I ever had a problem in the future. The company itself was quick to update me on my originally scheduled appointment day, and worked with me to reschedule when that day didn't work. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I was looking to get a 50 amp generator hook up to the electrical box on the side of my house. James came out for a free estimate and he came up with a good solution that did not break the bank. James also did the installation. After it was complete showed me the operation and was easy to work with even taking the time to make sure the system worked the way I needed it to.

I couldn't recommend anyone better!!! James, Steve, and Clyde were so professional, friendly, and accomodating to all of our needs and aesthetics when installing several very high up ceiling fans and fixtures. These guys were great to work with!!!
They cared about my home by keeping their work neat and tidy and working with me on how things looked in my home. Not many contractors would want the input of the wife on how things look but as they worked they always asked my input and were happy to accomodate my requests.

Waibel always does a fantastic job. We've had them out to install electricity for our hot tub, and for moving our over-the-range microwave to its own circuit so we'd stop blowing the power every time we had the microwave and vacuum running at the same time. Waibel is always prompt, professional, and quality.

Receptionist Hung up on me when i was calling in about a project i needed help with. We have a generator removal project we were looking to get a quote on and when you call in she greets you with a very scripted 'thank you for making it a brighter day here at Converse Electric' and before i could finish she told me 'no thanks' and hung up the phone. I will be calling Converse Electric's competitors to give them my business. First impressions say a lot. I am thankful they showed me how rude they are on the first call instead of learning the hard way.

Job was scheduled to be done. Three weeks later and the job isn't done or even started. No one will reply to email or voice mail and rarely will they even answer the phone.

Horrible attitude. I was told they had no interest in doing business with me after they stood us up twice for an estimate.
