I am very disturbed with someone in management calling me on Sunday evening and informing me I owed $. I never received a statement from this company and I so told him so. I had no problem with Kevin --he was great, but that gentleman calling me acted like he was trying to scam me. I wrote a sharp letter as my attorney advised and sent it to that company. I have not received any response.

Efficient is the best name for this company because anytime we have required it's service the person has always been efficient and with reasonable prices

He also explained the benefits of a whole house surge protector and ended up scheduling the installation of both for the following weekday. Mr. Closs was recommended by a trusted friend who calls Inspired Heating & Cooling for a variety of residential and commercial services. After my basement flooding remediation, he expertly coordinated the installation of drywall, paint and flooring in my basement. I was impressed he took all measurements personally and tested wall outlets as standard practice. He offered a fair and reasonable estimate, stayed involved and kept me informed, which was appreciated. Since then, he’s serviced both the AC/Furnace units, installed wi-fi enabled devices and wall switches and drafted estimates future updates. For me, having one General Contractor with a team of experts is a no brainer. He’s responsive, reliable and straight forward about what it takes. He's the first person I call and recommended him whole heartedly.

Scheduling was easy and the most impressive thing is that I had an issue with the bill. They addressed it immediately, turning it into a great experience. Will not go anywhere else for electrical, plumbing needs.

I cannot recommend. Their handyman did not seem very confident and the part they ordered too a signifixant amount of time to be delivered and when it did come it was not the correct size.

The lady from this company showed up 3 hours late and cussed me out over the phone because I cancelled. Based on first impression, this company is not reliable. Be careful.
