Mark came right on time (early, actually) & the call-ahead/verification system was great. Professional, friendly, fixed the problem and Mark offered to look at any other issues. I called three companies to get a quote on installing a ceiling fan where there was no fixture or outlet, and Big City offered me the best price and it was a simple set rate. I was able to get an appoint date very quickly. The electrician, David, arrived promptly within the half hour window I was given and was very polite. The work was done quickly and cleanly-just a quick vacuum afterwards was all the I needed to do. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again for any future needs I have. I'm highly disappointed. They missed their appointment and didn't even bother to call. I called to see what was going on after the appointment time slot and was told I would get a call back. I never received a call so I called again. I can't seem to get any answers.

Fast and clean and professional

This team came to the house and did a great job. Explained everything in detail and had me up and running in no time. Very pleased and would use again for other needs.

I had an appointment to get my ac fixed at 4:30. A person from the office at KMA called me to let me know Jacob was running a bit early and asked if it was ok for him to head over. That worked well for me so we went with that. Jacob showed up right at 4:00 and got right to work. He quickly and efficiently fixed my first ac unit. He then diagnosed my second ac unit and came up with a game plan for repair. Jacob was professional and courteous and I will call KMA in the future if I have any other HVAC problems and ask for them to send Jacob again. Very impressed!

I had issue with lights turning on and off in my store. I called these guys. Someopne came and recommanded breaker needed changed. I told him that I didn't think so as I had already checked the breaker. He changed the breaker anyway and charged me $480. He never left me any invoice. After he left, the problem wasn't solved. I was promised half an hour of free diagnostic so i called him again. The guy came, again without invoice, checked lights and said the breaker was off. I know it wasn't. He gave my employees an attitude. Lights were still out. I called another company. The came and fixed the problem within minutes. The issue was in the main panel which the 'My Electric Works' guy never even checked it. I would strobgly recommand not ever to call these guys for any electrical workls.
