I needed an old security light disconnected. He was very professional and nice. He also looked at my electric panel and I will go with Mr Electric to have it replaced soon.

I called three companies to get a quote on installing a ceiling fan where there was no fixture or outlet, and Big City offered me the best price and it was a simple set rate. I was able to get an appoint date very quickly. The electrician, David, arrived promptly within the half hour window I was given and was very polite. The work was done quickly and cleanly-just a quick vacuum afterwards was all the I needed to do. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again for any future needs I have. I felt more comfortable with Brad than I did with the other electricians I had bid my home. He wasn't the cheapest but I could tell he knew what he was talking about and he wasn't trying to sell me on things I didn't need. His men were professional as well. I didn't hear one swear word and there weren't cigarette butts in the yard like I've experienced with other contractors. Can't recommend him enough!

Bradley Electric has lost our business after previously being our go-to for electrical work. Our patio outlets needed repair: after a strong rain they would trip the breaker, but after a day to dry, we could use our patio lights and fountains again. They came out, cut the patio electric entirely, then said they needed to leave to get a quote written by the owner. That never happened. I had to call back myself, and they said they would return to complete the repair (two weeks later from the original visit). The new techs that arrived the 2nd time had no idea what the work was, and again, said they had to leave because they did not have the time or a quote to work from. Now they have stopped returning my phone calls, and we have no power whatsoever on our patio for the summer.

Bradley Electric had previously replaced our entire home panel 3 years ago, and also installed new electric lines for new ceiling fans in our house -- both of these were successful. It's truly sad to see this company slide into a state of such bad business operations that we will avoid them completely.

The assigned tech was Tyler. Excellent service, excellent value - A++. Tyler was polite, professional, worked diligently, kept me informed, ask for guidance at the rights times, provided good options for work to be done, was punctual, kept a clean job site, swept and mopped before he left, and left no indicia of his visit other than the work that was done.
