I wish I could give more than five stars. Jim was able to arrive early and fixed three issues in less than an hour. Very polite and professional. Explained everything he was doing very clearly. Very reasonable price for all of the work that he did.

Don’t waste your time if you need electric work done in the city. I Called for assistance for some faulty outlets and they they didn’t want to do the work because they didn’t want to “deal with parking” even though they charge $65 for a trip charge.

We had two of the nicest guys out here today. They replaced the weather head , a new upgraded breaker panel and a new outlet. Very efficient and clean project. Highly recommended at a very good price. We did get 4 estimates for this work. A+ Thank You ! Will call them back for any other electric work in the future

My two experiences using this company have been outstanding from start to finish. Melinda who set up both appointments was very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. Both technicians Jeff and Aaron were very experienced, knowledgeable and professional!!! It is nice to know there are still company's out there like this!!! Reported that a tenant didn’t have any heat. A technician came out and accessed the issue. Had to order part that would be in the following week. Tenant made arrangements on the date scheduled to be at the apartment within the timeframe given. She was there all day waiting in the cold apartment. During my follow up with the company, they stated that they had a call off and the 1 technician is at a job much longer than expected. So far we were understanding with all the issues and accepted all apologies. Now when the tech verbally tells me that he would be there 8:30 to 9am the next morning however he shows up at 9:30 am. Again tenant needed to make arrangements to be at the unit. When I asked to speak to a manager, it was said they were in a meeting. 7 hours passed and the time is 5pm and never received a call back from the manager where an associate stated I would receive a call from a manager to address our concerns. Just absolutely poor in so many ways, I don’t know where to start.5 days post initial review, General Manager Tom Lawson reach out to me where we had a productive conversation. From the discussion it was evident that the associates failed to meet company expectations and Mr. Lawson continuous efforts to address the issues were very sincere. I’m confident via his leadership, such poor communication by the management team will not transpire again for the next customer that chooses True North to service their needs.

The assigned tech was Tyler. Excellent service, excellent value - A++. Tyler was polite, professional, worked diligently, kept me informed, ask for guidance at the rights times, provided good options for work to be done, was punctual, kept a clean job site, swept and mopped before he left, and left no indicia of his visit other than the work that was done.

Called Ken for an estimate & he came out 2 days later & then gave me the estimate 3 days later. Scheduled the job for @ 3.5 weeks later. All good to this point.
The night before the job Ken called to ask if we can move the appointment as he didn't finish a job that day. No problem - scheduled it for 1 week later. Ken then No-showed for the job. Called him numerous times that day to find out if he was still coming or if there was an issue. None of my calls were answered & none were returned.
Wasted 5 weeks when I could have found someone else to do the job that they claimed they could do. Now I have to start over.

Patrick and Higher Power did a great job for us. We just moved into a flipped home, and a number of things were needed. Subpanel breaker box. More outlets. Hard-wired smoke and CO detectors. Bathroom vent fans. The Higher Power team came in, and got the job done. Promptly. Without fuss. Without a problem. When there were questions, I got a text and pics when necessary. All around, a very good interaction. Highly recommended.

Hired Romanoff to install light fixtures, a ceiling fan and various other projects for our brand new condo. Kurt from their team arrived early and was extremely professional and helpful. He made some suggestions to make things more effective; then allowed us to run to Lowe's and get some extra assessories. I would hesitate to recommend them.

A REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE : I had a Kohler 14RCA whole house generator installed w/ 4 estimates. Sears, Electrical connections, MEI & Generac. MEI is the only company that didn't visit the house, didn't return calls or provide requested feedback, instead asked for information via Email & submitted their bid via email. Their bid was next to lowest priced & the only one to include a Kohler whole house generator, a 14 RCA. I selected them based on that & scheduled the install via email one month in advance w/ confirmation. Richard Pichette arrived on schedule Friday morning BUT didn't have a generator, equipment, supplies or any information provided regarding the install. He scoped the house, made a list & said he would return. Four hours later he did return w/ some supplies but no generator. They were looking for one, supply houses were out & he apologized. I wasn't impressed. It was a two day installation scheduled for consecutive Fridays by my work schedule. He began working and then received a call from his office regarding another job in Cincinnati, talked to them for 90 minutes & excused himself for the day & asked if he could return Saturday to complete the work, it was more convenient than the following Friday for them so I agreed. He arrived Saturday morning at 9am w/ a generator & worked till 7pm w/ my permission but a coupler on the generator was wrong & didn't fit. He asked for payment at that time stating he would return w/ the proper coupler to complete the job & I refused. I said bring the correct piece, make it right & you'll b paid. The next day unexpectedly he called, had the right coupler & had permission to return if ok w/ me. He did finish the job, correctly & everything was fine. Let me state Richard Pichette installation & finish product is FIRST RATE, he worked on the house like it was his but the process & company was insulting at best. One week after the installation I came home to a puddle of oil on the ground inside the generator. After talking to Richard & Dave the sales MGR I found out this generator has a defective oil ring inside that leaks & defective control panels known to MEI, yet to be addressed by Kohler not brought to my attention. They promised to fix it & make it right. It took two weeks & several phone calls for MEI to come out w/ the replacement part and 5 hours labor to break the engine down to replace a defective Oil ring. Several voice and email messages to Kohler have yielded NO results regarding these issues. Do NOT purchase a 14RCA generator, so far on 3/15/23 it's been a REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE.
