DO NOT USE! Very unprofessional. They did not Show up at the scheduled time and came the next day. When we reasonably asked for an explanation, they simply walked away and canceled the job

Alex with Quality Electric was great. These guys are customer focused and do all they can to make everything right even when challenges arise. We had him connect a swim spa and when a challenge came up, he worked to solve the problem and not just jet off like a lot of other companies do. I’m very impressed and highly recommend Quality Electric for any wiring needs you have. 100% professional and great customer service.

Hands down the best experience. Jim responded to my initial call to replace my breaker box very quickly after a voicemail and came out same day to check it out. Gave me a very fair quote a couple of days later and we set the appointment shortly there after. Jim was prompt on the scheduled day and got the job done well. Very professional and did excellent work. Highly recommend to anyone in need of electrical work.

I had a house fire last month. Everyone is safe, but the house is going to need a lot of work. We had an electrician from Efficient come out to restore power to a basement outlet so I could run my irrigation system. On May 26th he said not only did he get the outlet powered, he resorted power to the house for the contractors to use for their power tools while rebuilding the house. I went to the house on 5/27 to plug in my irrigation system and there was no power. I turned on lights throughout the house and still no power. I plugged items in outlets throughout the house and there wasn’t power. So I called and complained. The electrician’s supervisor told me that he did restore power the the whole house and the outlet for my irrigation system. So now I’m very upset. I went to the burned house with a lamp, blender, and iPhone with charger. I made a video of myself plugging everything into the outlet he said had power and plugged the items into outlets throughout the house to PROVE there was no power!!! I decided to get another electrician. The new guy from a different company restored power to the outlet and showed me that the guy from Efficient DIDNT do what he told his supervisor over and over that he did! Every single wire in the fuse box was dangling and none of the wires were labeled. I do not recommend this company at all! They totally lied to everyone involved.

One of my outlets had lost power, resulting in some arcing and light dimming. The technician was kind and professional. He was quite experienced and was able to repair the outlet fast and without mishap.

I have worked with Big City Electric several times now. I previously worked with another electric company that could not figure out the electrical issues at my old house. Big City Electric was able to figure out what they could not and performed the work in half the time. The electricians were prompt, professional, and the quality of work was exceptional. Their customer service is excellent from the owner all the way down. Dave and Andrew did an amazing job hanging several intricate crystal chandelier lights for me today. If you need electrical work done, its Big City or bust.

Bob responded to my email request quickly, communicated often, provided an immediate quote and was even available to complete the work right then. He was professional and even brought his own vacuum to clean up any mess he had made. Very impressed and will definitely use him again!

Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)

Bradley Electric has lost our business after previously being our go-to for electrical work. Our patio outlets needed repair: after a strong rain they would trip the breaker, but after a day to dry, we could use our patio lights and fountains again. They came out, cut the patio electric entirely, then said they needed to leave to get a quote written by the owner. That never happened. I had to call back myself, and they said they would return to complete the repair (two weeks later from the original visit). The new techs that arrived the 2nd time had no idea what the work was, and again, said they had to leave because they did not have the time or a quote to work from. Now they have stopped returning my phone calls, and we have no power whatsoever on our patio for the summer.

Bradley Electric had previously replaced our entire home panel 3 years ago, and also installed new electric lines for new ceiling fans in our house -- both of these were successful. It's truly sad to see this company slide into a state of such bad business operations that we will avoid them completely.

My service technician was Bah. He called ahead as requested and he came on time. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and very polite. I highly recommend him.

We had two of the nicest guys out here today. They replaced the weather head , a new upgraded breaker panel and a new outlet. Very efficient and clean project. I would recommend Still Electric to anyone looking for services. The company is very professional and the customer service is outstanding. Kevin and Johnathan installed my chandelier to perfection. The chandelier was a very detailed and time consuming but they nailed it and with a smile on their face, they get a 15 out of 10. I cannot say enough about this company and I will be calling them again for any future projects or repairs.
