Contacted Don for some work and they told me they would come out to give me an estimate in a few days. On the day they were supposed to come out he decided to cancel. Don told me the next day he would be available would be Aug 18 and I told him that is okay and to put me for that time slot. I reached out today to ask if we were still on for the 18th and then he told me he doesn’t work with out of stars investors. He had known I was out of state on the day I reached out. I don’t mind him not accepting my business but it’s very rude and unprofessional to make me wait for weeks and then tell me he won’t do the work. I wouldn’t trust with any work that needs to be done promptly.

Altas Butler was a joy to work with and so crazy quick!! They offered a tech out same day but I wasn't available so they got me the following day. The tech showed up and diagnosed the issue quickly and got me to a comfort specialist that same day. The install was done the following morning and done before the heat of the day. An amazing experience and would recommend to everyone!! Don't wait to have your HVAC done. Atlas Butler made it quick, painless and very convenient.

I had a good experience working with Jeremy and Jenny. They installed a 3’x8’ overhead storage rack in my garage from SafeRacks.com. We had to reschedule from Friday to Saturday due to a vehicle repair taking longer than expected. When they arrived on Saturday to do the install at the specified time, before starting Jeremy noted that the cost could end up being 25-50% higher due to not knowing in advance that the garage ceiling was drywalled (this would result in extra time to find the joists, measure distances in between, etc.). I agreed to this. The installation took about 3 hours vs. the 2 quoted but despite this, they only charged 25% more. Their price still beat most all of the other contractors I reached out to - some by hundreds of dollars. The install is very professional and looks like a natural fit in my garage - quality work. First I had an appointment for Someone from CHM come out and quote installation of an exterior door and screen door. The morning someone was suppose to come out, John called and indicated the person had an emergency. We discussed the work and John gave me a verbal cost. I liked the cost and asked about some interior door installation. He asked me to send pics which I did, price came in higher than I expected. When I asked him to just do the exterior doors, he said he couldn't do the work for the price we discussed. I know it's a tough business, but if you can't live up to what you say, come out and look at the job. One of the most important things I say about contractors is the feeling of trust. Moving on.
