Safe Electric was incredible. They located the issue within minutes, and would’ve been on their way quickly but instead took the time to look over a lot more of my house, insuring the safety, and even asked me if there was anything else they could fix, etc. I called them here for one issue, but they left fixing several more smaller concerns I had and also took the time to explain to me how it worked and cautioning me of the dangers to be aware of. Definitely stood out as a company that operates with a goal of creating a customer experience that separates them from what I expect nowadays.

I recently had Bradley Electric over to resolve a burning electric odor coming from my electric panel. They determined that the GFI outlet next to the panel was the problem and replaced the unit. A few days after the repair, we still smelled some burnt odor. Bradley Electric sent two folks out immediately after our call to resolve the smell. After some investigating, they determined the cause to be our window screens, of all things! Can't say enough good things about these guys!

I had a great experience with Higher Power Electric. I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel, opened my souffits and found a huge mess of electrical wires. I had issue with lights turning on and off in my store. I called these guys. Someopne came and recommanded breaker needed changed. I told him that I didn't think so as I had already checked the breaker. He changed the breaker anyway and charged me $480. He never left me any invoice. After he left, the problem wasn't solved. I was promised half an hour of free diagnostic so i called him again. The guy came, again without invoice, checked lights and said the breaker was off. I know it wasn't. He gave my employees an attitude. Lights were still out. I called another company. The came and fixed the problem within minutes. The issue was in the main panel which the 'My Electric Works' guy never even checked it. I would strobgly recommand not ever to call these guys for any electrical workls.

Mr. Electric installed an outlet for my gas range and repaired a previously installed 220v outlet that needed to be moved. He was great at communicating when he had an open appointment and arrived on time. He was able to answer any questions I had about the job and was upfront before beginning the project. I haven’t had any issues since the outlet was installed. I will be using him in the future and I will be referring him to others who have electrical projects.

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
