Zach, Mark, and Jack did an awesome job for us! They made everything easy and did all the hard work for us. At first, I was surprised by the price because it was double what I anticipated, but I am very happy with the result. Sometimes good customer service costs more and that’s something I’m always willing to pay for!

Perfect service. Needed to get a networking cord routed through home from basement to top floor. Arrived for estimate on time and offered a quality price. Arrived for installation a few days later. Very pleased with my service. Service guy was on time and explained exactly what was needed. I wanted more sockets then he was prepared to do, so he repaired one ( which was the reason for my call), installed one and will be back to complete the others. So far, so good!

Keith - owner of KAP Electric - installed a new circuit in our kitchen for the microwave. The new circuit is now a dedicated one so that the microwave won't continue to trip the circuit. Keith did an excellent job! When I called him we set up an appt. to assess the problem. He showed up on the date and time that he said he would! The work was then scheduled and he completed the job in a very timely manner. I highly recommend KAP Electric for all electrical work in your home. I appreciated that he was skilled AND dependable. I will definitely call him again for any future electric-related needs.

This company already did 3 jobs in my house and I'm saving for the fourth one . They are professional, friendly, respectfull, clean and always ready to help with something else if it occurred while they are there. We've now used this company for multiple jobs and they continue to do excellent work. This time we asked for recessed lighting, our own fan installed that we bought, and some switches. Not only were we able to have this done quickly, it was done exactly the way we hoped, and with some impressive technology. Best of all, it was done with minimal drywall damage so we barely had to repair any holes. We'll certainly be using them in the future for any electrical work.

Daniel responded to my text and showed up shortly after. He diagnosed the issue (that was missed by a previous electrician) within a few minutes, replaced a part, and brought power back to our lives!
He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He talked us through exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it. Couldn't be happier.

So far so good on the electrical work, but very poor rating for the mess they left behind. Huge chunks of mud left all over my laundry room and the large staples from previous electrical panel could have ruined my sweeper had I not seen them first!!! Please wear covers on your shoes and treat other people’s home with respect.

This company did an excellent job on my recessed lighting - made a huge difference and looks wonderful. We are waiting on a few final touches but all in all - excellent company and excellent experience.

I rarely write reviews but wanted to make sure that I did in this case for Waibel and Chris my electrician especially. We had a bad experience with a contractor that left us in a bad spot without a working kitchen light. Chris spent two days testing and correcting mistakes made by the contractor in my house. He is beyond professional and very good at what he does. Kept me informed the entire time and was adamant that everything was correct before he completed the job. Great experience and they will be the only company I use from now on!

Receptionist Hung up on me when i was calling in about a project i needed help with. We have a generator removal project we were looking to get a quote on and when you call in she greets you with a very scripted 'thank you for making it a brighter day here at Converse Electric' and before i could finish she told me 'no thanks' and hung up the phone. I will be calling Converse Electric's competitors to give them my business. First impressions say a lot. I am thankful they showed me how rude they are on the first call instead of learning the hard way.

These guys are great!

They were tasked to add new pendant lights with dimmer to the kitchen and add power to my new gazebo, new switch, outlets, etc.

Previously, I had an electrician come over for an estimate and stated that this task was not possible due to the way the house was built.

With a great attitude and professionalism, the team executed and completed not just one task but both of them on the same day. They paid good attention to detail and kept me informed of everything happening throughout the process.
