We had Big City Electric out to hour house on 7/14/2020 to relocate a junction box and install a ceiling fan in the new spot. Bryan and Charles arrived early, ready to go, and finished in record time (about 40 minutes, including a meticulous clean-up). They were friendly, professional, and were careful about observing safety practices related to COVID. Later that day, the fan started making fluttering sounds, and I was able to schedule a return visit for today, 8/4, for the same team to see what was going on. Big City's work is guaranteed, so the cost of the original installation covered this visit, too. Bryan and Charles once again were fast and efficient, and fixed the issue (a wire tag was flapping) in about 20 minutes. I now consider them/Big City our go-to electricians!

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Ed and Rob just left our home and we want to extend a BIG thank you to them and Bradley. They were early for our time window, were courteous, pleasant to talk to, friendly, and didn't waste any time. They fixed our breaker problems in our panel in 30 minutes. We had problems finding an electrical company to come out and do these repairs but are so glad we discovered Bradley.
