I was a visiting professor at OSU and all of my work was on my laptop. When the laptop suddenly quit working, I brought the PC to Quality PC around noon. Within 1 hour, they had identified problem, removed silicate debris from fan and checked out entire system. I picked up the fully functional system later in the afternoon, thanks to their quick and effective assessment of the issue.

I have worked with Big City Electric several times now. I previously worked with another electric company that could not figure out the electrical issues at my old house. Big City Electric was able to figure out what they could not and performed the work in half the time. The electricians were prompt, professional, and the quality of work was exceptional. Their customer service is excellent from the owner all the way down. Dave and Andrew did an amazing job hanging several intricate crystal chandelier lights for me today. KAP Electric did an awesome job today in our home. We had updated light fixtures installed, outlets and GFI units and as well new LED Bulbs. They have great quality of work performed and very reasonable pricing. We'll be doing more business and updates in the future with KAP!!

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

I spoke to Glen and he showed up promptly and diagnosed and fixed all of my issues. He also answered all of my (many) questions and educated me on the wiring of my home. Bob was fantastic. He responded quickly and fixed our light when scheduled. He was very professional to work with and we will be using him again. We had a previous electrician come out and do work and he never returned to finish the job so working with Bob was a much better experience.

Countryside made a service call for our Generac generator. The technician pulled into our driveway and proceeded to drive his van in our yard doing extensive damage in the process. When informed of this, their response was sorry. Wow.
