He did a great job installing new light fixtures and ceiling fans, all new outlets and switches, and taking care of miscellaneous tasks like cleaning up the wiring in our circuit box and disconnecting unwanted electric. He wore a mask and shoe covers while in our home and was friendly and courteous. I will definitely work with HD in the future.

Had Converse install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage. Quick estimate process. Quick install with no problems. I received an estimate from a competitor that was much higher with options to upsell additions to the work. Converse said they could of course include those additions, but they weren’t necessary. I appreciated the honesty, good work, and reasonable cost.

One of their decal laden pickups tried to run me off the road today. Admittedly, I'm still a little heated, but using the company car to push around smaller vehicles doesn't seem like a good business model. Fortunately nobody was hurt, and there is no need to involve police. However it feels like safety should be a bigger concern for those who work with electricity.
