We had an issue that needed to be resolved fairly quickly and the timely response to messages and communication was too notch. They send you the profile of the tech before they arrive so you know who is showing up and when they did arrive, complete professionals. Only electricians I will use going forward.

I cannot recommend Jim more highly for any of your electrical needs. He is courteous, pleasant, and provides high quality work. He installed recessed lighting in our kitchen, respecting our home and schedule as he worked. We will definitely have him back to do more work.

No call no show. I have a rental on campus they were supposed to visit on Friday (half the house has nonworking electric) and they just didn't show up. Left 2 messages and a text with no response.

They were able to schedule us quickly and resolve our issue. They also quoted us on some additional work while they were out. Fast, efficient, and extremely professional.

Avoid at all costs because they will COST! Wanted $1800 to run an electric wire to the hottub. Another certified electric company completed the job much more reasonable.

Don was our electrician and provided fantastic service. He was punctual, and immediately got to work rewiring our old house for a new drier. He also fixed the polarity of an upstairs plug. He was quick and had both done in less than an hour! He was very nice, explained the issues to me and provided high-level cost estimates, which were right in line with what it actually ended up costing (very reasonable!). I will definitely be using Big City Electric for future electrical work and would highly recommend them.

Keith installed 3 ceiling fans and a small light feature. One of the ceiling fan required a 12 ft ladder which was not a problem for Keith. We encountered a problem with the small light feature, but because Keith was knowledgeable about his job he was able to make it happen. KAP Electric has reasonable prices compared to others, dependable and dedicated to doing a good job. I would highly recommend KAP Electric for any electrical work. I have the number locked in my phone for my next project.

This company already did 3 jobs in my house and I'm saving for the fourth one . They are professional, friendly, respectfull, clean and always ready to help with something else if it occurred while they are there. I'm not the easiest customer, but they fulfil all my expectations. I will recommend this company to everybody. This picture shows the last job they did for me. Looks awesome.

I would 100% recommend Arlington Electric! Bob installed three ceiling fans with lights in our house, two where there were existing light fixtures and one he had to install where there was no overhead fixture at all. He was professional, courteous and quick. The fans look fantastic and Bob did such an amazing job cleaning up you could never tell that there had been work done there. I will not hesitate to call for any of our future electric needs!

I felt more comfortable with Brad than I did with the other electricians I had bid my home. He wasn't the cheapest but I could tell he knew what he was talking about and he wasn't trying to sell me on things I didn't need. His men were professional as well. I didn't hear one swear word and there weren't cigarette butts in the yard like I've experienced with other contractors. Can't recommend him enough!

Daniel responded to my text and showed up shortly after. He diagnosed the issue (that was missed by a previous electrician) within a few minutes, replaced a part, and brought power back to our lives!
He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He talked us through exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it. Couldn't be happier.

Great experience with Bradley! Devon and Justin showed up five minutes early, were courteous, personable and informative and got right to work. We had five items to be addressed including installation of two flourescent light fixtures, repair of another one and a few other minor issues with outlets and such. I expected they'd be here for hours but they knocked it all out in just over an hour. We're thrilled with all aspects of the service and are already making our list for other electric-related improvements we'd like to make and plan to have them back soon.

I called Electrical Medic and about six others when a flooring guy blew several of my outlets with a trouble light. They were they only one willing to come out quickly. They were very professional arrived as they said they would and fixed my issue very quickly and even offered additional inspections if I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician or needing repairs done. I might add they even drove two counties away to come out. Thank you so very much
