Came out when they said they would. Helped diagnose problem and fixed it on the spot. Very responsive to my questions, explained everything that was wrong, and most importantly repaired what was needed.

I hired Quality Electric to do a panel replacement / upgrade and to do some runs to my garage for a series of outlets as well as a 240V line for a garage heater. I can't say enough about how great everything came out. Installation of the garage conduit / outlets is perfect and the quality of the work was top notch for the whole job. Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. We’ve had horrible luck with other electricians and contractors. But Gibson electric was a breath of fresh air! David came out to take a look at what needed done and sent us the estimate within 24 hours. Scheduling was easy with calling the office. And they were able to get us scheduled promptly. Jesse and Brandon came out to do the work and they were great! They were kind and cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were satisfied and happy with their work. They also wore mask in the house while they worked and we appreciated that so much as we have been very careful during COVID. We will be using them for any electrical projects in the future!

Scheduled for 12:00 to 2:00 appointment and stated the would text 45 minutes prior to arrival. At close to 2:00 I texted them to ask if they were on there way. They eventually texted back that they were running late and would text me prior to arrival. At 4:00 they texted and said they would have to reschedule.All communications via text had to be initiated by me! Don’t waste your time with these guys. I ended up scheduling with a different contractor.

Countryside's electrician Brian installed new track lighting on our kitchen ceiling, added an exterior floodlight to the back of our house - with a new switch for it in our dining room, and changed an outdated overhead sink light for a new contemporary one. Installing the new switch for the exterior light was an especially complex job, as it had to be routed coming up from our basement walls. They did a perfect job, gave us excellent advice on where fixtures should go, and completed the job with no problem. They were courteous, cleaned up everything, and the total cost was very reasonable. We would recommend Countryside for residential electrical work to anyone!

I engaged Waibel to repair a light switch and install a GFI in my bathroom. Eric arrived on time and completed the work within 1.5 hours (including having to leave to purchase a part). Eric was friendly, patiently answered my questions, and even provided some suggestions for my son who is looking to become an electrician after high school. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost for the work, and think it was reasonably priced. I will be using Waibel for all my future electrical needs. I highly recommend them.

I had to get my main panel replaced along with all the conduit on the exterior of the house replaced. I had reached out to several electricians and the Converse Electric tech who came out was so helpful in answering questions. They ended up being slightly more than the lowest quote but that was with an upgraded amp. Everyone was amazing to work with and super professional. I will definitely recommend them and be using them again.
