Brendon and his partner installed four light fixtures and stuck exactly to the estimate. I contacted Ace Handyman, to see if it would be cheaper. But just a few days before the job, after it had been scheduled more than a month prior, Ace kept adding additional people and hours. In the end, Safe Electric was the same price. I’m glad I went with Safe Electric in the end, because Brendon found two problems that a handyman would not have caught and would not have been able to solve: a double box, and a bracket that was producing sparks. Plus, he was able to puzzle-solve a way to install a used fixture with short wires. Great job Safe Electric!

I had Arlington Electric do multiple projects at my home in German Village. They added lighting controls to my exterior lights to make them automatic. Then they cleaned up a bunch of loose hanging wires and added lights to my dark basement, and also added an outlet behind my TV so the cords were hidden. They also fixed some outlets that weren't working in my bedroom and changed out some track lights. I also had them fix my electric floor heating controller which hadn't worked since it was installed. They were quick to respond and kept in communication with me constantly with my options and any issues they found -- sending me pictures. I'm super happy with the cleanliness, timeliness and I definitely plan to use them for any future electrical projects.

We are highly disappointed with our experience with Safeway. We used them through our builder. We called to set up a walk through as well as pay for an added fan rough in. They gladly took our money for the fan rough in but said they no longer did walk throughs to pick out outlet placement. We believed them. Once we had our pre drywall meeting we found out that was not true and we should have had that meeting. We now have cords all over due to believing them. Very unhappy and completely unavoidable. We then asked again before drywall and they declined to make it right.

This is an honorable company of honorable people. They had to eat a giant bill because a grounding rod punctured our water line. They immediately notified me, hired emergency plumbers, and contacted the city, all out of their pocket. I cannot imagine how stressful it would have been if they'd tried to walk away, but they bit a very costly bullet. Also, their electrical work was quickly completed, and looks fantastic. I will use them again for any job, if they're willing to come back to my cursed house.

PS: I had them send someone out for a small job the other week; Jesse was great and did an amazing, fast, and clean job. He also escaped without any more bad luck befalling him. Thanks again for everything!
