I called on a Saturday for an outlet that had stopped working and I did not think I would be able to have someone at my house on that day, but they were able to get someone there within a two hour time frame. He was very knowledgeable spotted the issue and also noted for me reason for the outlet stopped and a further problem I will need to repair in the future.

Glen replaced several outlets in our “kitchen annex” that were worn out and painted over, and relocated one higher up on the wall closer to a worktable surface so that our appliance plugs could reach. He also replaced a grubby looking combination light switch/GFCI in our bathroom. We were planning to have these things done in an upcoming big job, but plugs were truly falling out of some of these outlets, and it was too inconvenient and potentially hazardous to wait months with full service contractors being so busy. Since Glen only does these small, simple jobs, he got back to me in less than a day to schedule and was actually available sooner than I was. Five days after getting in touch, this is finally off my to-do list. Very friendly, communicative, and provides a great value.

Bob was able to diagnose and repair a unique electrical glitch in my kitchen. He was thorough, diligent and professional - and was able to find the source of the problem and repair it quickly, as unconventional as it was. He's also a personable guy, and patiently answered my questions as I followed him around. I'll definitely use him again if I ever have another electrical need!

Daniel responded to my text and showed up shortly after. He diagnosed the issue (that was missed by a previous electrician) within a few minutes, replaced a part, and brought power back to our lives!
He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He talked us through exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it. Couldn't be happier.

Used Accurate to restore power to my swimming pool pump. Very responsive and the tech were great. Minor problem after they left, but they came back and made everything right. Highly recommend!

Terrible service, didn’t explain anything, the problem was not fixed afterwards and they wanted to charge again for what they said they fixed the first time. When I had another electrician out, they said what Bradley electric did wasn’t even a possible cause for the original problem. Felt scammed.

Brandi was phenomenal. All other electricians quoted us at a much higher price to replace our electrical panel box and had a wait list months out. Jeremy took care of us right away, and while Brandi and the other gentleman were working they kept us posted the entire time. This year I added a room addition to my home and needed Electrical work completed, I acquire several bid proposals for the scope work all were in the same range for cost, But when I first met John from PTI, he walked through my home and discuss my project, I was impress with his professionalize method and knowledge for what I wanted to accomplish. I was not sorry, when project started he show up with his crew Ralph & Tyler as plan, knock out the new service upgrade, then came back as planned to do my room addition. During the whole process he keep me informed by email, text and phone calls as to when I would be ready for next phase and where he stood with materials or schedule changes. His team showed up to work no messing around, all had a professional manner, knowledgeable experience for the scope and listen to my question / concerns during project duration and completed the project as discuss. PTI also had a fair cost to meet my budget expectations with no payment require until materials were purchased deliver to site and work preformed. We had six high bay lights converted from metal halide to LED bulbs, and will definitely be using them to finish the remaining 33. Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable crew. They were also able to complete the work without disrupting our manufacturing process as well. Highly recommended!

Hands down Higher Power Electric is the absolute BEST electrical contractor in Columbus. They recently installed some can lighting and various other light fixtures in my kitchen and I am 100% satisfied. Pat was very helpful in helping me pick the lighting placement and gave me some really good suggestions in regards to lighting above my cabinets. I'll certainly call them back next time! You won't be disappointed!

We are doing a kitchen renovation and ran into several issues and Dave came out and was able to diagnose several issues and suggested ways to fix them and allow us to complete our project.
