Wonderful service!

I was disappointed with not only the price, but the lack of professionalism the representative had. The visit felt like a debate about pricing, him saying this is not a $50 job I know you have a coupon. He quoted a price over $200 for a outdoor porch light wire reconnection. I would have expected 2 things as part of the job. The first what needed to be done after examination to make it cost, rather than a quick wire repair/replacement. The other a thank you for your time, call us if you change your mind, rather than walking off without words!

We use Big City for all our electrical needs, both business and personal. Chris and Eric were out today to upgrade some things for our business and they were very polite and professional. They were very considerate of our working environment, put everything back that had to be moved for the service and left everything clean and orderly. Big City always does a great job and are very dependable and professional.

We have used Keith's services 4 different times now. Each time, he has done an excellent job. In addition, he responds timely whenever we call, even when leaving a message. He is always polite and professional, as well as willing to explain the projects and options with us. We'll continue to use him when electrical items pop up.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Extremely professional and polite. Khaled and Jessie did the work for us, installing a dedicated generator outlet in our garage. Tested it and demonstrated for us to make sure we were comfortable operating it if necessary. Cleaned up and thanked us for the business. I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

Scheduled for 12:00 to 2:00 appointment and stated the would text 45 minutes prior to arrival. At close to 2:00 I texted them to ask if they were on there way. They eventually texted back that they were running late and would text me prior to arrival. At 4:00 they texted and said they would have to reschedule.All communications via text had to be initiated by me! Don’t waste your time with these guys. I ended up scheduling with a different contractor.

Great guys to work with. They’re very knowledgeable, courteous, and detail-oriented. They even made some suggestions for our chandeliers and ceiling fans. I’ve recommended them to friends and would surely recommend them to anyone.

Used Accurate to restore power to my swimming pool pump. Very responsive and the tech were great. Minor problem after they left, but they came back and made everything right. Highly recommend!

RAPID RESPONSE and quickly found/fixed the issue I had with two bedrooms loosing outlet power after an AEP outage today. I called around 12 by 3 the problem was fixed! Very pleasant gentleman who took my call and even tried to help me do a quick fix check over the phone before dispatching the crew out. The crew came and found the problem/fixed.
ALL of this again in under THREE HOURS. That is service! THANKS!

Electric Medic was very professional and repaired our meter. Their expertise was such that it received immediate passing from AEP. The service was complete the first day I called.

Waibel always does a fantastic job. We've had them out to install electricity for our hot tub, and for moving our over-the-range microwave to its own circuit so we'd stop blowing the power every time we had the microwave and vacuum running at the same time. Waibel is always prompt, professional, and quality.

Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. Will call PTI again for any and all issues or new work; I highly recommend Joe and his company!

True Honesty. I woke up one morning without electric to half of my house. The problem was isolated to an outdoor situation. I originally made the mistake of calling Mr. Electric, which said to solve my problem, all of my outdoor eclectic wiring needs replaced and it would be greater than $2500.00. I then called Jess Howard solved my outdoor electric situation, after their inspection, found the true problem and fixed it for $128.10. I was very impressed with their professionalism.

They were tasked to add new pendant lights with dimmer to the kitchen and add power to my new gazebo, new switch, outlets, etc.

Previously, I had an electrician come over for an estimate and stated that this task was not possible due to the way the house was built.

With a great attitude and professionalism, the team executed and completed not just one task but both of them on the same day. They paid good attention to detail and kept me informed of everything happening throughout the process.

Called around 9:45pm with no electric in the house but power at the power box outside. I seen they were open 24/7. Who ever we spoke to said they will be out in 59 minutes. Got a text message saying they would respond between 10:55p and 11:55p. Around 12:30 am I called asking if they could give an ETA, they said they had to call technician and they would return our call. 12:51 am we get a call from the tech saying he was sleeping and he wasn’t working tonight so we’d have to call back in the morning. We were willing to pay for emergency service price or whatever they needed to charge us, but don’t say your open 24 hours when your really not, and also there was obviously miscommunication between the person who took the call thinking tech was working overnight when he wasn’t. We waited 3 hours for nothing. Ended up calling another company who had someone out in less then 20 minutes. If you are needing emergency electrical repair, do not call this company.
