This business is awesome! I had an electric emergency of my own making (smart switch install gone wrong), and Brody came out to fix up my mistakes. He was super professional, very friendly and explained everything he was doing in a very educational way that made sense to me. I can't say enough good things about this company and Brody. Not happy with them at all tech sent out could not determine what wrong?. 2 tech found problem correct it as well as installed my 3 ceiling fans correctly Great ?

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Bob was professional, efficient, and responsive throughout my project. During the estimate he explained what he was going to do and why. During installation, Bob made time to complete the entire project even though we had scheduled over two days. I will definitely use Arlington Electric for future electrical needs.

Bradley Electric has lost our business after previously being our go-to for electrical work. Our patio outlets needed repair: after a strong rain they would trip the breaker, but after a day to dry, we could use our patio lights and fountains again. They came out, cut the patio electric entirely, then said they needed to leave to get a quote written by the owner. That never happened. I had to call back myself, and they said they would return to complete the repair (two weeks later from the original visit). The new techs that arrived the 2nd time had no idea what the work was, and again, said they had to leave because they did not have the time or a quote to work from. Now they have stopped returning my phone calls, and we have no power whatsoever on our patio for the summer.

Bradley Electric had previously replaced our entire home panel 3 years ago, and also installed new electric lines for new ceiling fans in our house -- both of these were successful. It's truly sad to see this company slide into a state of such bad business operations that we will avoid them completely.

I couldn't recommend anyone better!!! James, Steve, and Clyde were so professional, friendly, and accomodating to all of our needs and aesthetics when installing several very high up ceiling fans and fixtures. These guys were great to work with!!!
They cared about my home by keeping their work neat and tidy and working with me on how things looked in my home. Not many contractors would want the input of the wife on how things look but as they worked they always asked my input and were happy to accomodate my requests.

Waibel always does a fantastic job. We've had them out to install electricity for our hot tub, and for moving our over-the-range microwave to its own circuit so we'd stop blowing the power every time we had the microwave and vacuum running at the same time. Waibel is always prompt, professional, and quality.

WARNING ! They did a project for us in Worthington, Ohio. They give you high estimate and THEN add change order on top of it. If you don't agree with their change order, they stop the entire project till you pay for the change order !! absolutely the worse experience !

This company is amazing!! They were a few minutes late but let me know ahead of time, the service was impeccable and the price was more than fair. Absolutely calling them in the future, thank you PTI!!

Awful place to work they give you no respect 20 + years experience and they want to treat you like an 18 year old kid fresh out of school that knows nothing degrading no organization in management
