AMERICAN INSTALLED NEW FURNACE, THE INDUCER MOTOR MADE A LOT OF NOISE VIBRATION COULD BE FELT AN FLOOR ABOVE, SERVICE MAN SAID IT WAS NORMAL. THE INDUCER MOTOR JUST FAILED, REPLACED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. NEVER USE AMERICAN AIR. zero stars.

Technician, James, called ahead and arrived promptly at beginning of time window. James was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. James took time to show me how to install a new air filter and explained options for purchasing replacements. James was very respectful of both myself and our home. Very happy with the service.
