EXCELLENT SERVICE! THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Not good. Maybe this review is a build up of all the poor services I’ve had this year, but this one is the last I can handle. Paid over 400$ in arrears for winter/summer clean and maintenance and had to call them to schedule in the summer. The person came out, left a mess, did a job I could’ve done for free, and departed. It’s time consumers stop allowing poor quality when we are also dealing with inflation. That’s mulch and mud in my air conditioner from him “cleaning” the unit

Our water heater went out on Friday evening of a holiday weekend. Atlas Butler made it so easy to set up an appointment and get someone out to our house as quickly as possible. Our usual plumber couldn't fit us in until Tuesday, but Atlas Butler was there within a couple hours. The technician was very knowledgeable, contacted me before he arrived and was able to clearly explain what the issue was. Within a few hours, our hot water tank was replaced and we were ready to go. I really appreciate the great service and quick response time.
