We were very excited and thankful to work with the team of Buckeye Electric to install our NEMA 14-50 outlet for our Tesla charger. I knew going into the project it wouldn’t be easy, and I was nervous about how expensive it was going to be — the distance from my basement circuit breaker to where my car gets parked is over 50 ft and would require a significant amount of trenching. But the team took the project head on and made it happen at an affordable price. These are good people and a pleasure to work with. Professional, on time, and considerate (they put on shoe covers when they came into the house without having to be instructed to do so). We will be using them for all of our future electrical needs and 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking to install a EV charging system.

Really appreciate the electrician's work! I was having a bit of an issue with my light fixture and he came out to fix it at an affordable price. He was also kind enough to offer advice on how to fix the light and some ways he could help with future issues in the future.

I had GFIs and breakers that went haunted on me after a fridge got replaced. We ran a cord to another room to get by.

The guys understood my issue; listened to how I wanted it resolved; came up with options; and let me choose one of them. It even came in under quoted cost. That’s a miracle in the skilled labor market.

The electrician is incredibly skilled at what he does! He actually cares about the quality of his work! I was really impressed with his professionalism, particularly his attention to detail when he cleaned up after installing the light fixture and made sure I was satisfied with his job. Harris Electrical did quite a bit of work for our kitchen renovation - installing recessed lighting/fixtures, updating/relocating outlets and updating our panel in our almost 100 year old home. Amazing job, super nice guys and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

I called Glen from Excel Electrical because I needed a second light switch at the base of our basement stairs. Glen quoted us a great price, (much more reasonable than others) and came out the next day to install the switch. He was polite, professional, quick, on-time and neat. I will be calling him for ALL my electrical needs!

The luck we had by selecting Arlington Electric for our minor electrical need was a blessing in disguise. Not only was he able to establish the confidence with the tools he presented ( a circuit tracing tool that was amazing) but also on display was how direct he was when it comes to what our issue actually was. I asked a few more questions pertaining to future projects and he was quick to reply with tips and what to do/not to do. The overall impression that I got was that he is there to provide a service, not to pull as many dollars as possible out of a job. We have definitely found our “go to guy” when it comes to residential electric needs.

Don't want to give even one Star as this company sent out two technicians to my home, they looked over the work I needed them to perform, told me that they would go back and talk with their Service Manager and then they would be in contact about scheduling/advising about the service. 3+ weeks went by and nothing, so I emailed the person who had set up the original appointment and their reply was that they were very sorry and this is not how they do business. They also said that they spoke to the Service Manager and I should have something within a week.

As I write this, it's been over two more weeks since my last reply from them and still nothing. I hope that this not the way this or any company thinks is a proper way to do business. Though I am finding out in trying to upgrade a home that there isn't a lot of Customer Service being provided in the business world today......and no one wants to earn money as I am finding I can't give it away......
